Outstanding customer service. I needed to confirm a few things on a bow before ordering it and Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me. Without even having to ask, she personally went out to the warehouse to inspect the bow for a few key features and also provided me with photos before making my purchase. After that, she facilitated my order while making sure to pull the bow from inventory so it wouldn't get oversold(there was only one left). Her eagerness to help along with her cheerful demeanor definitely secured 3Rivers a customer for life.

Going on 30 years as a traditional archer and have patronized this company for that long. Always a good selection of pertinent products, very good customer assistance and prompt shipping. Josh, the stamping of Cliff's name on the barbed Zwickey is incredible and a wonderful way to pay homage. The Cliff Zwickey 2 is beyond compare as a hunting tip. For you bowhunters...make sure your arrow is straight and of proper spine also make sure the angle of the arrows tip turning is spot on, mount a Cliff Zwickey 2 and expect perfection. Thank you Josh for reintroducing the the Cliff Zwickey, Andrew.

I buy just about everything traditional from 3Rivers. Very prompt shipping and communicate well if there is any delay. I'm also stoked that they have reward points that have allowed me to save significant amount of money on future orders. Looking forward to actually visiting the store someday. Maybe I'll stop there next spring on my way back from the 2018 MotoGP race in Indy in the spring.

Best trad store there is. My husband was archery elk hunting in Oregon, and calls me all excited that he ran into a man name dean that works at 3 rivers. I’m pretty sure meeting dean was the high lite of his trip. He said dean was super nice and he could have talked trad archery all day. Lov u guys keep up the great work

This place is filled with absolutely awesome staff who helped me get everything set up and took the extra time to make sure everything was working well. They answered all my questions to the best of my ability. If you are thinking about traditional archery, this is a very highly recommended place to shop!

I've been ordering hunting supplies from 3Rivers for a while now ... spent thousands with them. 99% of the time, things go off without a hitch, and they deliver fast.

Recently I ordered some arrows for an upcoming hunt, and they arrived with the incorrect specifications. I called up and talked to Kody Gilbert. I let him know that my hunt was coming up QUICK, and I really needed the arrows sooner than later. He sent me a return label for the old one and had the new ones shipped the same day.

You've got to remember ... this company is run by humans, and mistakes happen. I always get irritated with folks who whine when anything goes wrong. Perfection, to me, is not the apex of professionalism ... it's too unrealistic. But how fast a company makes something right says a LOT about their company culture.

So, I give them five stars. Perfect 99% of the time, and great service if a mistake needs to be remedied.

In the past I preferred not to buy traditional archery gear online, but as the store front selection has gone mostly toward compound bows, I was forced to look online. I have been surprised by how helpful 3 Rivers has been regarding questions on string or arrow selection and other nuanced aspects of archery. The customer service has always been great and I would definitely recommend purchasing through them.

Good prices, fast response time to email inquiries. Nicely packed items. The only downside was that I didn't know my bow was backordered until I actually ordered it. Would be really helpful if they indicated that on their website. Otherwise, totally happy and will likely order from here again.

Placed an order Sunday evening called the next morning to add something and ask a few questions, whoever answered was very helpful, thank you, the order was getting ready to ship out but they added what I wanted and I got my order to Michigan the next day by lunch!

I haven't yet been to the facility, but seam to be very drawn to 3Rivers. They are very professional. I have ordered many items from them. All their products are quality stuff. The prices are as good as you are going to get. Quality service as well.

He spoke to me like I was the only customer in the world. He guided me through consistency issues I was having and made cost conscious recommendations. I have always had fantastic service from 3 Rivers Archery. Being new in traditional shooting, they are more than happy to share knowledge and the why behind the recommendations. They helped me install some parts I didn't have tools for.

I drove 2 hours to buy arrows. It has been a few years since I shot my long bow and the person, I apologize for forgetting his name, took me upstairs and hooked me up with the right arrows for my bow. In short, great service. Well worth the drive.
