The people that run this Campground are great and very kid friendly. Many events throughout the year directed towards child entertainment. Also great fireworks display. The real great thing is the stretch of Creek that runs along it that is excellent trout fishing and when it rains and the water is unfishable, they have two ponds full of bass pike and perch as well as some trout in there too. Fantastic place for family camping

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were quite clean, and the campground in general was clean. This is a very dog-friendly campground. Verizon has good cellular coverage to the point I was able to get on a Zoom video conference. I was unable to get any service from AT&T. There was no wait to use the dump station when we left. The only problem I experienced was with some of the seasonal clientele. Several did not respect quiet hours and often played music so loud that 30 yards away I was having difficulty hearing my own music from a personal Bluetooth speaker. One seasonal had a profanity-laden flag expressing their views prominently displayed for all to see. I go on vacation to escape this sort of thing. But overall this is a good campground, especially if you want to explore Potter and Cameron counties and perhaps nearby Elk county. The Austin Dam is a must-see. If you're towing an RV, be sure to fill up with gas in Renovo, Coudersport, or on 120 just south of Stevenson dam. Gas stations are few and far between in this area.

I stayed here for about 10 days and was pretty happy with the way the campground was laid out, with the staff and with the entire experience. The catch and release trout and separate bass ponds have a number of fish, and I caught a few about 30 feet from my tent. As I said, it's not a bad layout. The shower house has multiple individual ¾ bathrooms, so there is a maximum of privacy when you need the restroom or a shower. The staff were very helpful and were happy to assist with helping me with any concerns. One issue that I wasn't as happy with is that there is absolutely no internet service nor cell service unless you have Verizon. Which I do not. It's not completely a bad thing if you want a data free couple of days, but it was pretty inconvenient for me. That being said, the prices were comparable , the staff friendly and the layout very well done. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a place to camp. They have both tent and rv sites available. There is also a trout stream only a couple of minutes walk from the campground if you want to be able to keep some fish.

Very good experience.
Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and quiet getaway. The owners are very nice and helpful they even opened the store for us when they were closed. We got the bigger cabin on the campgrounds for two days and it was only 239 for both nights for full furnished cabin with pavilion. Awesome place for some r&r

Very friendly staff. Didn't stay here just filled propane bottle! Would use them again. Looks like a nice little camp ground with little cabins right on the water.

Great place. Picked this place as a close location to visit the Austin Dam and Papermill. Bear's Den cabin and trout pond were way better than I expected. Very clean place. Management was great and shared an amazing book and video about the Austin Dam with us. They went way way above and beyond for us. Thank yinz Hemlock for a memory my kids won't forget.

This has been the campground I have went to since I was a kid! My absolute favorite! Very friendly staff and other campers! Clean!! They got a shower there and a place to wash your dishes(at least they use to). A little shop where kids/families can walk up and get some ice cream and candy. And carry supplies to go fishing. There is trails all over than you can walk and see a bunch of wildlife. On the 4th of July you can go up the road a few miles to the school and watch fireworks. They put on a AMAZING display! The creek is right there that will take your for hours and miles if you want to go tubing/canoe. They have a kids area to fish in with some HUGE FISH!

This place is absolutely beautiful! It is also family owned and operated by an awesome and inviting family. The location couldn't be any better with fishing, hunting and hiking in the great ol Potter County, PA. There is state game lands and plenty creeks not far from this spot. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away or as an avid outdoorsman.
