Their work is always perfect and the guys that work there are top notch...I don't trust anyone but the Besten boys to work on my stuff. I'll never go anywhere else.

The best body shop in the area. I needed to get repairs done on my vehicle and it was worth the few months wait to get in because it came out looking like it was brand new. They take there time and put good work in to make sure everything is perfect and explain in detail what they repaired. Definitely will recommend to people who ask for a body shop.

Needed to get a rear quarter/taillight repaired and painted along with fenders buffed and painted on a Jeep Wrangler. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Looks exactly how it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. Not only are they a great body shop, but they’re even better people with great customer service. I highly recommend!

They did a great job on my vehicle. They are very detail oriented. I had custom parts that they made sure to put back on. They sent me text message updates regularly to keep me in the loop on the progress. Tony Besten is a very friendly guy. He listens to the customer and takes time to do things well.

I had a fender bender on the bumper and bed of my 2017 Ford F-150. The damage was actually quite extensive. I was staying in the Poconos for the summer and was looking for a body shop near by to have the repair completed. I heard from friends, local to the area, that Besten’s Auto Body and Collision Center did great work, so I made an appointment to have it looked at.

I was there for less than 15 minutes for the initial inspection. Co-owner Mike Besten completed the estimate in less than a day, personally called me and explained it to me thoroughly (as this was an extensive and detailed document), scheduled my service promptly, worked with and supplied all necessary paperwork to my insurance company, and even arranged for a rental vehicle for me upon drop off, right there at the shop. He took care of every detail. Beyond reporting the incident to my insurance company, I did nothing.

While the vehicle was in for repairs, I received progress updates from no less than four team members, including owners Mike and Tony Besten, keeping me informed every step of the way. I never felt like I was in the dark, wondering what was going on.

The work was completed on time and as promised, pickup took less than 5 minutes, and when I tell you the work is perfect, I mean it is showroom, right down to the restored Rhino Liner in the bed itself! No detail was overlooked, perfect paint, perfect alignment of body components and the entire vehicle was nicely detailed!

Bottom line is, I highly recommend Besten’s Auto Body and Collision Center for:

Mike and Tony are great guys to deal with and have an awesome team in the shop! I’ve referred family and friends to them whenever possible because they are without a doubt the best collision repair shop in NEPA! They take pride in their work and the finished product shows it!
