BEST Espresso Martini!!! I love it here. My family and I always end up here when trying to find a place to eat. The service is beyond attentive. The Chicken Francese is always amazing. The stracciatella soup is so good too. I am always full but cannot leave without dessert. Must visit!!!! A1!!

This place was unreal and was like stepping into a fancy restaurant right from Italy. I absolutely loved the outside area and the staff was amazing, every two minutes asking for water refills and how everything is. Also has the best Penne with Vodka I’ve ever had. Great place to go out to celebrate and treat your family. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a fantastic meal . The mushrooms caps and clams appetizers were outrageously good. I had the gnocchi. The marinara sauce was delicious and my wife's chicken saltimbocca had a deep rich flavor and was fantastic. Finished up with a classic Italian desert. Definitely be back to try everything else. Service was very attentive and friendly.

Absolutely, hands down, the best Italian restaurant around! So far the only Italian restaurant we can find that serves actual Buffalo cheese as it's served in Italy! We haven't had a bad meal or bad experience yet. There is always a server attending your table you never need anything. Very upscale service and atmosphere but also you can dress down and bring the kids! Highly recommend this place for everyone!

I have been here twice and loved it both times. The food is delicious and there are great portions. I came for my birthday and the atmosphere was beautiful with the restaurant open to the outside. The landscaping and decor really create a beautiful ambiance. The service is always prompt and friendly. The tiramisu is my favorite ever.

We dined today for dinner & had the best customer service & the best food!
We are traveling across country so unfortunately won’t be back anytime soon, otherwise we would come weekly.
Highly recommend.

I went here for my mom's birthday a couple weeks ago and this past weekend with a friend, and both times were amazing!! The lobster ravioli and shrimp fra diavalo were delicious! From the apps, to drinks, to dinner, to the atmosphere and service, everything is exceptional. If you haven't yet, you need to go, and ask for outside seating!

The best. Love the food and service. The owner is on site and welcomes every guest. A variety of menu choices and great desserts. The coffee is pretty good too.

Just wow! Legitimately 5 star service. Everything was amazing. Food, drinks, service, atmosphere. You can dress up or be causal and you’ll fit right in. I felt extremely catered to. Never had to ask for a refill or for more bread because we had so many staff members helping out and taking care of us. What a great system and great restaurant. Will absolutely go again!

Outstanding service!!! Amazing food. I used to have a favorite place for gnocchi in vodka sauce but this topped it off! Everyone was so nice, atmosphere was beautiful as well. Highly recommend! I will be back.

I was thrilled to have such a good dining experience here! The food was all excellent and I was blown away by the quality and flavor. They are leaps and bounds above other restaurants in the area. The servers were friendly, attentive, and kind. Every aspect of our dinner was pleasant. I cannot wait to go back and I will recommend them highly to everyone.

I just moved to Scranton and I went here twice! The outside area is gorgeous to dine. They can move the ceiling so if it’s a clear sky it’s open and if it is about to rain they can close it. The walls move similarly as well, so if the sun is coming in they can block it or if it’s a beautiful sunset they will open the walls so you can see. The food is also amazing. My boyfriend got a beef dish off the specials and it was falling off the bone and so delicious. My family also visited and got the crab and lobster ravioli and it was to die for. I got a chicken dish once and a fish dish another time and both were good. Of course we always end with the most decadent crème brûlée they have. Their drinks are also amazing. They butterscotch coffee drink was a sweet delicious way to warm up outside after dinner, and the cocktails are so good you don’t even know there is alcohol in them! This is a place I will keep coming back to over and over again. It is that good!

Amazing food, friendly atmosphere and extraordinarily good service. Our party shared appetizers of stuffed mushroom caps, clams oreganato and fried calamari all expertly prepared and tasty; the shrimp fra diavolo over linguine was a lovely creation of al dente pasta with a fresh, balanced, flavorful sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp; the chocolate mousse cake was smooth, creamy and amazing. The room was open to a lovely garden area and we enjoyed the semi-al fresco experience. Later when a passing shower threatened, the staff, moving like Ninjas, closed the doors immediately to keep everyone comfortable. The food was served in a timely but not rushed pace and all of our requests were met with friendly, accommodating responses. In all we have a great experience and would highly recommend Casa Bella.

Top notch food. Top notch service. Beautiful all glass dining room. One of the best restaurants in Scranton for sure. Also extremely accommodating to the people in our party that had food allergies.

We didn’t have a reservation, we decided on coming here based of the glowing reviews. We walk in, and there were a couple people in front of us but the parking lot and main dining area was packed. When it was our turn to wait to be seated,they found us a private table in the back of the restaurant. My great aunt and I both got dreamsicle cocktails, and they were delicious. The bread was not hot, but it was fresh and was so good so we didn’t mind that. We got the burrata appetizer, then our salads came out. Light and also very delicious. They added freshly cracked black pepper on our salads and just elevated it even more. All my family (besides me) opted for the four cheese ravioli, and we all loved it. I got to try some of theirs and it was so delicious. I got the braised short ribs and those were also to die for. We ended it with coffee and creme brûlée. All in all was some of the best Italian I’ve had in a long time. Even though we were just passing through PA, but will definitely come back. Absolutely incredible.

For the ultimate in Italian cuisine this is the place to go in Scranton. This is a family-owned business where the owners take pride in serving fantastic food at very reasonable prices. We've tried several local restaurants in the surrounding areas but none can compare with Casa Bella.

The food and staff are absolutely terrific. They have the best service in the area.
