Anacortes Oil & Vinegar Bar

There was an amazing Vinegar and Olive Oil store at Pike Street Market in Seattle. But the drive was not fun from Anacortes. Their Basalmic Vinegar is amazing but I believe they closed their doors. We now have an equally as good if not better store in Anacortes.

Brought home a good selection of 3 vinegar and 3 oil. The espresso and chocolate vinegars stole my tastebuds and can't wait to try them.

I know people who can't wait for their annual trip to Anacortes because of THIS store! My favorite staples from here are the Mission Fig balsamic vinegar, and the Millanaise or Herbs de Provance olive oils. The Cinnamon Pear balsamic is amazing, too. Of course we have to have the basics: red wine vinegar, a wild mushroom sage olive oil, and white balsamic! Having said that, you can taste them all, and all the oils and vinegars are amazing, as are the pastas and other sauces. Enjoy!

This is a very cool place. Fantastic selection of goods, ingredients, and cute trinkets. The employees know a lot about flavor combinations and recipes! All the flavors are great and you'll definitely keep going back.

I planned a weekend getaway for me and my fiancee at Anacortes and the Anacortes Oil and Vinegar Bar popped up while I was researching for activities to do in the area. I'm so glad that we stopped in, it was definitely a highlight of our trip! Graeme is so knowledgeable about all the products in the store and he was such a delight to chat with. I would normally feel very overwhelmed in a store with so many selections, but it was a very comfortable space and we never felt rushed. We felt very welcomed and really appreciated the time that Graeme took to answer all our questions (and we had plenty!) We ended up picking up 2 oils, a lovely tin of tea, and a delicious vinegar (that's the one wrapped up in the picture.) We can't stop raving about our experience, we will definitely be making a return trip and will be recommending this place to all our friends! If you're ever in the area, make sure you stop by, you absolutely won't regret it!

By far the best oil shop I've been in. The highest quality largest selection and the kindest owners. I don't use anything else in my kitchen. I also love that we can refill the bottles that we love!

They have an amazing variety of white and dark Balsamic. Infused Olive oil varieties are impressive too! Kriena is so helpful and friendly. A must stop if you are in Anacortes downtown.

Fantastic array of good quality oils and vinegars as well as spices. Many varieties of infused olive oils and vinegars including several interesting and unusual flavors. Samples are available for tasting, and suggestions for use are listed with each one. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are great resources for what to try. These make great gifts as well as serving as a lovely addition to one's own kitchen. The shop is also fun to browse for other kitchen items as well. Really enjoyable shopping visit.

Great selection of olive oils, vinegars, and gift items. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They also put together great gift baskets at a variety of price points.

If you come to Anacortes, you must stop by and visit this store. You will meet Greame Wilson who has worked at the Oil & Vinager store since it opened. He knows the products, he knows how to combine flavors. Plus impeccable customer service . We enjoy buying their products.

This is a spectacular shop! My friend and I found it just as we were ready to leave Anacortes, and I wish we had longer to shop there. There is an amazing collection of oils, vinegars, assorted food items, and other gift items there. This is a must-visit anytime you're in the area!

To appreciate the fine balsalmic vinegars this fine establishment has to offer one must understand sauces and how flavors combine. Start with mushrooms and tomatoes for example add a little basil and oregano, add some ground onions and garlic reduce and go to town. I greatly enjoyed the Cascadian Wild Raspberry. The fruity flavor of the vinegar came through very strongly in my sauce. I am most likely a lifetime customer.

Lovely selection and lovely people. Fabulous selection and intriguing pairing suggestions... Pineapple balsamic paired with an exotic pepper oil. Lots of fun and scrumptious.

I love this place! The owners are wonderful and proud to be citizens of Anacortes. I'm a kidney patient and they help me with my special dietary needs. The products are amazing and the selection is huge!
