I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Promontory Point, for the exceptional care and support provided during a challenging period.

While the outcome did not unfold as we had hoped, the dedication and responsiveness demonstrated by the team were truly commendable. Throughout the journey, the "Angels of Mercy" - the nurses, CNA's, therapists (both Occupational and Physical Rehabilitation), Speech therapists, Social Worker, Doug, Casey (the manager), Lara (the transportation specialist), Don (the "Repair Guy"), and others whose names I may have unintentionally omitted, consistently exhibited extraordinary care and compassion.

Our situation presented unique challenges, requiring us to navigate in and out of the hospital and back to Promontory Point six times in just two and a half months. Despite the complexity of events leading us into unfamiliar territory, the team remained steadfast, maintaining a positive attitude that helped uplift me during my most difficult moments.

While the ultimate outcome was not what anyone desired, the team tirelessly endeavored to work with my wife and offered unwavering support to me throughout the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and compassion exhibited by everyone at the Skilled Nursing facility.

Having such an exceptional facility in Idaho Falls is undoubtedly a blessing. Anyone fortunate enough to receive care here is truly privileged. I have witnessed them successfully guide individuals through challenging recoveries, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact on lives.

Relax, recover, rejuvenate, and gain real strength with compassion and kindness. This is what you can expect at Promontory Point! I went here after a double total knee replacement-yup both knees at the same time. To say the least I was a bit concerned how I was going to recover quickly and safely. The staff, administrators , nurses, physical and occupational therapist, food service ,and the atmosphere all played an important role in my recovery. So much kindness and compassion to assist me with reaching my goals at a steady pace. I would highly recommended recommend Promontory Point for anyone that is seeking rehab service with care and compassion. Such an amazing place to be during a challenging time❣

I have been a patient at promontory point and I received great customer service. They have been very responsive to my needs while trying recover from a major injury. I was scared that I needed skilled nursing facility because I needed one four years ago and I didn’t have a good experience at another facility in town. Promontory point was able to put my fear away with the quality of staff they have at the facility. I am very impressed with the all of the staff that includes administration nursing team therapy team, cleaning staff and dietary. I went to Promontory Point for approximately 3 weeks after covid. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and they were always ready to help me with my concerns and needs.
I felt confident in the care I received. Promontory Point is the Best!

The hospital treated my wife's illness but Promontory Point healed her. I'm so thankful to the staff for there kindness and professional support, I can't recommend them high enough. They deserve six stars in a five star world. They gave me my wife back. God bless all of them.

This skilled nursing facility is a wonderful place to rehab. Any problems that you might have. The staff is amazing.. The Therapy team were able to take me from being unable to stand to me walking and showering in no time. The nurses and CNA’s were so compassionate and able. The facility is beautiful. Please consider this if you should ever need a place to recover.

I cannot say enough good about this facility. Another facility gave my husband no hope for recovery after a serious inflammation of the brain. Promontory Point took him in, and worked everyday to help him learn to walk, talk and regain the necessary functions for a normal life .
The facility and people are awsome. I highly recommend them.
