Stopped in with the family and had a great visit. What I love most is how consistent they are. Excellent service and the same great food. The chicken is always friend perfectly with crispy fries. You can’t ask for more. Thank you and see you soon.

I love their food, especially their grilled chicken. It's so juicy and tender, and the sauce is amazing. The fries are crispy and seasoned well, and the lemonade is refreshing. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the place is clean. I always have a great time when I go there with my friends or family.

Holy smokes it was packed. We got there to find the drive through line really long, and I didn't think much of it until we got inside and I was shocked at how many people were there. It was during school break, though it was a Tuesday around 3 in the afternoon. The food was great, and the staff were working as efficiently and quickly as they could with so many people. I don't think I'll pick here again next time if it's quite as crowded as it was overwhelming and loud. Otherwise an amazing experience.

So this is only our second time eating here and although we had an issue in the drive-thru, Alexa, one of the managers, made everything right with us. It is very rare these days for business to own a mistake and make it right with the customer. Alexa's excellent customer service and that of the rest of the staff that we encountered is why we will be back for more. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and for making our visit a success.

Great chicken sandwich. It was my first time going today and we got three. Everyone agreed they were great. I would prefer it with cheese as I love cheese on these. I didn't realize they didn't that way. The chic fillet sauce was the best tasting for it! Yummy.

Gotta love some chick-fil-a. Friendly service, hot and fresh, and of course order accuracy.

Very busy at the time of dining. Ordered from the app for inside dining to avoid the line. Tables dirty had to clean our own and no one in lobby to tend to overflowing trash. Food hot and tasty. Fries perfect.

You can always count on a good meal here. I typically get a spicy deluxe with a frosted lemonade. Be sure to get the Chick-fil-A sauce. They are busy all the time, but the line and service is fast. You can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-a is my favorite, and I love living so close to this location. It is always super busy and there is always a line in the drive through, but the line goes so quick. They've always been very friendly, quick, and accurate- they've never messed up my order even once.

This week was a rough week for me personally.

I found out an old friend in the service got cancer and killed themselves.

I was sitting in Chick-Fil-A here when I got the call.

I walked into 9/11 ground zero with a bunch of folks and now only 4 of us left.

We all walked out.

Anyhow I was just emotionally spent.
Shattered is a better way to put it.

A staff member noticed and simply placed their hand on my shoulder and asked if I was okay.

A few minutes pass and a few others came to me to check on me and pray with me

It is rare you find a place of business that actually cares about their customers more than just to get the cash, offer a meal and then push them out the door.

I came back a few days later and i was given a hug by 2 different associates that remembered I was there just a few days before.

This location is full of AMAZING people and they teach their staff to be AMAZING as well.

Chick fil a is always one of my top choices! I love the classic sandwich and always get some waffle fries with it. Here’s a tip you can get any pop frosted…👀

We traveled 2.5 hours to go to the closest Chick-fil-A. Always worth it. I love their ice dream cone. The peppermint shake was divine. Chicken bites, super good, we got the 30 piece so the #electrikpoodles could enjoy as well.
Update: Their customer service continues to be the best. Friendly, fast, and professional, not what is typically seen at fast food establishments.

We walked here when we found that our car had broke down.

We ordered an unusual low carb option and although they made a mistake fulfilling it, they corrected it immediately and even refunded the food price!

Thanks for brightening up an otherwise chaotic morning!

There are so many amazing things I could say about this location! I have always loved the service that has been provided but one employee caught my attention, I had the opportunity to be served by your employee Zach, and let me tell you, he was so kind and was more then willing to help out with anything. As I sat an ate my food I saw him working so hard and getting through the busy hours as he kept pushing himself to help customers! Thank you Zach!

The food is great I love the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and the Chick-fil-A sauce. I love the atmosphere. Lots of respectable young adult workers who are fast, attentive, efficient and friendly overall.

As always, Chick-fil-A does a great job of serving you and providing really good chicken. We love coming here. The staff is amazing and we always get a great meal.

Incredibly quick service with the drive through when ordering ahead. The food is great as usual and a favorite of mine whenever I'm in the area.

Love everything that I've tried there wish it wasn't so pricey as I have a big family but other then that's 10 outa 10

The Ammon Chick-fil-A catered my son's wedding luncheon last week in Pocatello. The manager was so easy to work with and it was delivered right on time even though it was such a long drive! The food was still warm and delicious. Everyone raved about how much they loved it! I would definitely order from here again! Thank you!

I am absolutely amazed at the managers from last night. I had placed an online order for curbside pickup but apparently there was an issue with the online payment between PayPal and CFA. They were a blessing, still gave me our food with the understanding if PayPal didn't cover it I would take care of it ASAP. So I had seen it was not taken from my account and called to cover it. Thank you ladies for being so amazing.🙏💚🕯☮☯🙏
