BIGGBY COFFEE

Today me and my husband went and got coffee with the gift card my bestie got me for Christmas it was definitely amazing tasted perfect the only thing is is mine did not have the caramel on top like it normally does but other than that everything else was great I definitely would recommend you stop by they are pretty fast in the Drive-Thru so don't worry if you see a few cars. Not to mention the inside is always clean and their bathrooms are super clean so if you ever have to use it don't be scared.

The employees here are wonderful, the food is fantastic, the coffee is incredible, I recommend this place to everyone

We always use their drive thru for service. I must say for years now this is hands down the best and most customer service friendly Biggby Coffee in Michigan. Whenever we are in Auburn Hills we purchase beverages and food from them. I do recommend them.

Shout out to the staff today I walked in, and there was a line wrapped Around the building, and a bunch of people inside. These employees were doing their best ,just very kind as the customers kept coming they kept trying to do their best.

I love this Biggby! They have great customer service, the girls that work there are always so nice & polite. They know exactly what my wife & I want when we go in there. I also love the calm quiet atmosphere & the fact that it is always super clean any time we go there! I highly recommend this Biggby to everyone. I’ve been here twice, and it might’ve taken a little longer than other places, but good things take time. The staff is so kind and do their best to make people smile. So I asked to leave a $20 tip for them because they make me coffee and that makes me happy. This girl broke down crying because they never receive tips. It’s a shame that everyone demands coffee, but refuse to treat them like they are hard working people. We need them, and we need to do better. Thank you to the lady with beautiful nails who’s name is Tatiana, to the lady who made me a surprise drink and to the gentleman who rang me up. You guys are rockstars!

Good coffee, their atmosphere is unique. Price is a little high but I’d much rather support this place than dang Starbrucks

One of the best BB franchises around: it’s the people, of course! Lexi and David are super pleasant, professional, and patiently helped us figure out our order.
Got a Bragle and a couple specialty coffee’s, quick & good.

Got a coffee at the location and was very good. They do not overload it with sugars and sweets. It still has a coffee flavor you can taste, under the sweets and flavors of whatever coffee you get. Some places at other chains tend to put way to much flavor and Suger masking the coffee flavor underneath but bigby tends to find a right amount of everything so can taste it all not just one thing.

Tried a new chai tea with turmeric recommended by the cashier, was really good.

Wonderful! They have vegan cheese and sausage :) the staff and owner are very pleasant to be around, very helpful and kind! Quality food and drinks. The lobby was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. We will be back

Fantastic drinks, but a bit understaffed for a Saturday in December. Could have been quicker. Still a good experience. Highly recommend.

Drive thru coffee way better than Starbucks.

We love Biggby. The baristas at this location are very friendly. Most of the staff is young & vibrant. It's a good environment for them to learn how to make drinks. It's in a convenient location when coming back from shopping. I don't drink coffee so I'm thankful to have a tea latte place so close to where I get groceries :)

I come to this store daily and it’s always a pleasure to see Charity and the girls when we get there!
They know exactly what I want and have it done so quickly!! Makes our day to see the smiling faces of these ladies first thing in the morning. Y’all did good when you chose them for your team! Also if I could nominate CHAIRTY for Employee of the Month....I’d like to do so. She’s absolutely amazing!

AMAZING as always! The service here is phenomenal! I always get a black bear with an extra shot. Crazy delicious. The Turkey havarty everything bagel is amazing as well! Service is always FAST with a smile and conversation. Food and coffee is better than any other coffee shop in Michigan!!! I wish Biggby was in all states.

I had never been to a Biggby before. The woman at the window was very helpful, patient and nice. The frozen coffee was delicious! I will definitely be going back.
