Bar Harbor Jam Company

Ordered 24 bottles of blueberry soda online after having some during a visit to Bar Harbor. I checked a few places and they had the most reasonable shipping costs. It took about two weeks from order to receiving, but I checked their Facebook page and saw they are a very small company, and of course experiencing delays with COVID. Product arrived packed well, nothing broken. I’m SO happy to have a little taste of Maine with me in the south! I’ll be back for more!

I have tried many of their products and have not been disappointed. The ingredients are simple and few which is what I like. If you buy one thing, get the syrup.

My wife ordered two bottles of hot sauce and did not see a place on the website that stated the shipping charge..she entered our credit card info thinking that like every other website on Earth that there would be a screen to see charges and confirm the order...nope it just placed the order with shipping costing more than the actual hot sauce ..she emailed twice over 24 hours asking them to cancel the order which they ignored and just shipped the product ..total charge for two small bottles of hot sauce plus shipping well over 30 dollars. Might be a good product but lousy customer service.

Ordered a gift for Mother’s Day(far in advance) it’s been 2 weeks and nothing...no reply to email, and can’t leave a voice mail on the number listed. If you’re going to order online with this company beware. Would not recommend.

On September 2, 2021 we placed an order with Bar Harbor Jam. After a week when we had received neither a notice or the order, we began calling only to get a message that their mail box was full. Since the order was not received, we ordered a replacement gift from another company. On the 17th of September we received notice that our order was ready. We called to cancel, but again received the message that their mailbox was full.

Buyer beware!!! Ordered over $100 in product on June 24, 2021. Two months have passed and still nothing delivered. Tried to call with no answer and voicemail is full so you can not leave a message. Not even worth one star rating....

I ordered 3 jars of blueberry jam 3 weeks ago and paid an extra $57 for overnight shipping. Have tried calling numerous times BOTH the 800 number AND other phone number and both mail boxes cannot take any messages. Sent an e mail to them and no response. No excuse for this
