I really enjoy coming to KoKo Fit Club! Staff is super helpful and friendly. They keep everything clean and the equipment is in great condition. The personalized workouts make it very easy to come in, do exactly what you need to do, and get fit. Highly recommended for a gym in Idaho Falls!

I lost 20 lbs over the course of doing the 6 week Koko fit challenge. It was a total plan that included at least 3 workouts a week consisting of a cardio portion and a group strength portion. The diet they put you on is very specific and restricted, but coaches are available to message or call at any time. The group classes I participated in consisted of about 3 - 6 people at a time and was really geared for everyone to push each other to reach their goals. The staff is fantastic and always greets you by name. They help monitor your progress and will tailor your workout and diet to make sure you meet your goals. Membership price is a little steep, but you get what you pay for. It isn't just a gym membership, but an entire support system. I highly recommend taking the Koko fit challenge. It requires a deposit, but as long as you follow the workout and diet requirements you can either get the deposit back or put it towards a membership.

Great place to workout for people of all ages. Staff is supportive and friendly. If you have never worked out regularly it a great place to begin. The usb gives you a customized workout based upon your performace.

KoKo Fit is awesome! Great atmosphere. Great staff. I have had the best experience every single time I've trained there. The new owners are fantastic. If you every need a place to workout that is convenient and effective, go to KoKo. 5-stars!

Koko Fit Club 6 week challenge was awesome!! The gym in Ammon is clean and well taken care of. The best part is definitely the peeps! The trainers are awesome! It’s one of those love hate relationships...they push you hard but it hurts so good! Always willing to answer questions and help with diet and help you reach your goals. I would highly recommend it! I feel great and have a new lifestyle to look forward to!

I absolutely love KoKo! Would never workout at any other gym in town. A 20 minute drive is worth it. The staff is wonderful and they keep everything very clean and organized! 5 stars isn’t enough they deserve 100. Very happy with my experience here!

I have lost 26lbs with Koko fit in a short amount of time. Let me tell you why Koko has worked for me 1) they have a straight forward diet plan and coaches you can contact at anytime with questions. If I’m at the grocery store and have a question they can give me an answer 2) I did a workout group most of the time. Having a Trainer there to keep my form correct and encourage me to push myself is what I was missing with other programs. 3)Koko fit is truly a family and keep me accountable and encourage me. They are the support group I’ve been missing and how I’ve stuck with it for so long. I recommend them to anyone committed to making a change. I’m over the moon with my weight loss and my strength!

I recently joined Koko again after switching to new owners, and they have been very responsive and supportive! I love Koko! I love that I don't have to think about it. I just go in and the program is done for me.

The 6 week challenge from Koko was the kick in the pants that I desperately needed! I learned so much about nutrition, body mechanics and overall health from everyone. They were always so welcoming and knowledgeable that I never felt uncomfortable going in and making my fat cry!! I lost 24 lbs in the challenge and love the way I look and feel! I lost over 25 lbs in 6 weeks through Koko's program. Their program is based an micronutrients and the coaches (who are always available when you need them) make sure you lose weight while still getting all the nutrients you need. This is not just a gym, but a system to help you be a better you. They knew me by name from the first time I went in, and checked up on me. They have group classes which pushed me a little harder, and smart trainer machines that track your progress and help you have proper technique. Their monthly costs are a little pricey, but if you can afford it, it would be 100% worth it.
