Unprofessional, uncoroperative, inconsiderate service. Things are not taken care of in their office in a timely/ professional manner, leaving customers paying unnecessary fees. Do not take credit for their wrong doings, and are not willing to compensate in any way for their mess ups. When trying to contact Dana about HER mess up I got nothing but attitude and hung up on.... Could have at least tried to help compensate for YOUR mess up.
