I had a wonderful experience with the guys at ARC Plumbing. My water tank desperately needed attention - the water was coming out red. Bradly came out the same week I called and educated me about my options. He did a wonderful job helping me understand the best way forward was to replace the existing tank with a new one. He also taught me how to maintenance the tank to avoid replacement in the future. Today Steve and Cam came and removed the old water tank and installed the new one. All of the guys I worked with were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick! Now I feel confident cleaning bottles and bathing our newborn knowing that the water is clean! Thank you ARC Plumbing!

Clay & Mikey came and installed my new Essency heater. Guys were courteous and professional and clean . They wrapped up the job in the amount of time estimated . Will definitely use them again

I have used ARC for both plumbing and electric. I have had nothing but wonderful service from both departments and have met many of their team members. Mike Connors and his teammate, Caden recently replaced our hot water heater. He first came by and provided details of options/cost. He took extra time to further relay his findings/recommendations to my husband over the phone on what was likely his personal time. Mike went above and beyond to do exceptional work rather than take an easier way to provide merely "adequate" work. I will stick with this company because they place emphasis on training and equipping their employees who have always cleaned up behind themselves and been so respectful and professional when providing for our plumbing and electric needs.

We have used ARC Plumbing several times now and have always been pleased with their service. Most recently, we had a significant leak that resulted in water coming through the ceiling - I called ARC and they had their team out within 2 hours. Steve and Mike were excellent. Very impressed with their professionalism and work and highly recommend them!

Mike and Clay did a fantastic job as always doing the plumbing work for our new farmhouse sink and faucet and replacing one of our toilets. ARC is our go-to company for all of our plumbing and electric. We've utilized their services many, many times over the years so I figured it was about time I'd left a review, especially since this was one of the bigger jobs we've had them do for us. Everything came out great and they made sure it was done right.
Pricing is reasonable and the service is excellent. We always recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

Clay and Mike came out and removed our garbage disposal that was causing problems. They were very efficient in their work. And they were also careful not to damage the counter tops and floors. Also answered our questions. This is the second we've used them because they are so courteous and helpful and professional.

Travis did a great job installing my whole house surge protector. He was very thorough in explaining the benefits and warranty included with the product.

ARC has provided exceptional service to me (and other relatives in Cary) on several occasions since I moved into my new home in Fuquay-Varina. They initially came to install 3 brand new Hunter ceiling fans in my Great Room, bedroom and study. They installed the fans perfectly and were extremely accommodating in regards to scheduling, and coordination of their arrival time, etc. I am a first time home owner and as such am unfortunately very inexperienced in regards to even some of the more basic issues regarding home ownership. I had was having some trouble with one of the ceiling fans in my great room. I asked if ARC was willing to come over and basically just check things out. They made sure the electrical was good, and that there were no other issues. Long story short, it was largely user error on my part. The specialists who came over (Travis and Caden) were unbelievably professional. They took time to listen to my questions, and gave me excellent information in regards to things to be aware of as a new home owner in regards to my electrical, switches, breaker, and the fans themselves. They even went so far as to go out of their way to label my switches on my walls to help be avoid future problems. This is the definition of professional customer service. I cannot recommend both ARC and their services as a whole, as well as the professional, polite and helpful support both Travis and Caden provided. Thanks guys.

We used ARC Plumbing for installing a water shut-off valve and replacing a hose bib in our newly purchased home. Caden, Clay, and Mike were polite and professional, and had the knowledge to make recommendations when I didn't know the best course of action. But more importantly than all of that, they were incredibly friendly towards our dog, which is a huge plus for me. I will definitely be using their services again!

Highly recommend for plumbing service. Clay and Caden were prompt, polite, and did a great job. They thoroughly explained our different options and offered advice without pushing anything. This is probably the first time we've been blown away with a positive plumbing experience. Throughout the work they provided regular updates on status, work was done quickly, and no mess left behind. Excellent customer service from Clay and Caden. They arrived ahead of the scheduled time, were very polite and knowledgeable, fixed all my plumbing issues and gave me very clear explanations of what was needed to complete the job. They also gave me up front fair pricing with zero pressure on accepting the cost to complete the job and gave me a 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. It was very refreshing to work with such a professional and honest company, I will be using their services again for any plumbing issues I encounter. I highly recommend their services.

We couldn’t have asked for a better plumber. Clay & Cam were kind, professional, and fast. They did a wonderful job fixing the piping under our sink as well as our main water shut off valve. Their work was efficient and top notch, and they both kept us updated and knowledgeable on what they were doing throughout the process.

Desmond and Cam came to check on a wet spot in my kitchen ceiling. They identified that the issue was a shower knob and trim upstairs. A simple repair, thank goodness it wasn't something more serious. They didn't charge me a thing for the diagnosis, and were totally fine with me wanting to fix it myself. The least I can do is hop on here and let everyone know that they were on time, quick, nice, and honest. Everything you want in someone working on your house! Definetly would recommend 👌

Received pool plumbing & gas line services from Desmond, Clay, and Cam. All 3 were extremely professional and knowledgeable. In the multiple visits that they had to come out for, they were always on time and communicated with a head's up call before arriving. I had many questions and Desmond answered them all with precision, detail, and courtesy. I've really enjoyed working with these guys and highly recommend their services.

Chris was wonderful, ARC electric did work at our office and at my personal home for our outdoor porch and we are pleased that they were clean and had great communication.

Clay and Cam are the best! They installed a new tub and toilet for me with professionalism and respect. Answered all my questions and even laughed with me. Good job and will definitely use them again.

This company is great - working on a custom remodel of a second floor bathroom and they really helped me get it done correctly. Two pros knocked it out in a day. They were patient and made sure I was satisfied with the work. It has never leaked and never given me a second thought after a few months now.
