I went in to inquire about a washing machine. I had the opportunity to meet one of the best floor salesmen and his co-worker. Mr. Jarred was so patient, knowledgeable, and honest about each product. His co-worker from New York(I can't remember her name) she gave my son and I her personal experience with the products and its warranty. Top tier customer service.

I wanted to order 24 units of fibreglass online and it showed that the Apex store #3644 had inventory.
Arrived at the store and I went to the building materials department and a gentleman by the name of Mr. Bobby greeted me.
He verified the inventory right away and confirmed that they did not have the amount of inventory as quoted online but he was going to check.
Very diligently he checked visually and then on the computer and again visually and confirmed that they did not have the inventory, but would ensure that stock was transferred from the Cary store
Along with Mr. Alex in the Pro section the order was processed pronto and confirmed that the delivery would be done for today as that was the most important criterion
The reason being I had the installers on site.
Upon returning home I received the confirmation that delivery would be done the same day.
I received the second and third confirmation that this order would ship the same day. That is awesome.
Suddenly at 1 PM it said the order was cancelled and the delivery was scheduled for November 30 (2 days later )
I promptly called the Store and Mr. Bobby very gracefully moved mountains and once again showcase his class and professionalism and ultimate customer satisfaction by securing a same day delivery.
Well done Me Bobby and your efforts are well received and appreciated.
At 3 PM the order was delivered to my house. The driver, Mr. David was very courteous, and he was aware of Mr. Bobby and the Apex store top reputation and that Mr Bobby and his team diligently deliver on promises and they are well recognized as a top, rank professional team and I agree 100%.
This gentleman is an asset to the organization and definitely his management skills and style of operation only brings more business in a very challenged environment where online shopping is putting a wrench in the wheel.
I even mentioned this to Mr. Rahul the Store director, and he confirmed that Mr. Bobby is a top notch employee.

My husband's wheelchair was falling apart, literally. I brought it with me to be sure I got the correct nuts and bolts to fix it. A very nice employee named Stan took time to help me out in the Apex store. I'm very grateful to him for his help and cheerful disposition. He went above and beyond for me.

Nice place. Nice costumers service. It’s very convenient and in a really good location. It’s center of town for most people and also it’s located close to a lot of construction sites. So for me it’s a Five Stars ⭐ this Home Depot. I’ll continue going here and recommend it.

Ordered a ton of paint. Even though they only had two people working the paint counter, they were able to mix everything up in only about 20 minutes. Checkout was quick and easy. Staff was all very helpful and friendly.

We ordered some stuff online for the house. I went to Home Depot to get our stuff for the house. Very satisfied that everything was ready to go.

It’s not always easy to find a place where you can find pretty everything you may need…but as the landscape business owner of KEEN Attention to Detail, I am so thankful there is always a Home Depot close by!!!

Good place to buy plants and flowers. There is a wide collection of sun and shade plants. The place looks so beautiful and serene. Apart from that one could buy fertilizer and pots as well. The best part is it's very affordable.

Got great help from Jose, he told me where to find what I needed and then actually showed me where to find it. Refreshing to have such a nice shopping experience these days. Not only was Jose helpful, he recognized me the next time I came in and was the first person to speak and again found what I needed. Somebody needs to give this man a raise!!!

Very good experience!! Clif and Jim was amazing. They assisted us in buying a new grill, helped us load it up, made sure everything was good. Cliff even offered us water bc it was hot outside. Very great experience every time we go here.

Home Depot is my spot. I much prefer the orange over the blue in this case. I genuinely remember going to Home Depot as a child and being in amazement. The smell, the lighting, the height of the racks. Today it’s much smaller to me than it was as child yet I’m still not amazed when a man in plumbing who probably could have worked here when I was a child helped me get the job done. Ornery old man was right again, go figure. 😉

Had great service today. We needed something from an upper shelf. A gentleman saw us and immediately asked us if we needed any help. He had our merchandise down in less than 3 minutes. There was no line in the self check out.

We ordered shades for our home and it was an overall wonderful experience. Friendly service placing the order at the store (sorry I don't recall the name of the lady who assisted us). Everything was completed faster than we thought and when Nelson came by the house, he was awesome. Came with his own booties, did a fabulous job and kept everything clean.

I just wanted to give kudos to Jarvis at the Apex Home Depot. She is a fantastic employee. She was so upbeat and positive, helpful and funny! My entire experience with her was such a great one. It made me happy to shop at Home Depot.

Very good place to work, everyone is helping with the customer In friendly manners.

We had a fabulous experience at the home Depot! We got that just before 9:00 p.m. Looking for cabinets for our pantry. Sean was extremely helpful, measured everything for us, loaded up the perfect cabinets onto a cart and loaded them into our truck. We were very impressed, found exactly what we wanted with Sean's help. Highly recommend!!

A HUGH pat on the back for Dennis. We bought a package of landscape lights and all the connectors were broken. He checked another box of the same product and they were all broken too. He made sure to label them as damaged and escorted us to the return station and made sure we got our full refund. Great customer service from Dennis.
