My salesman Chris Neale was just AWESOME! He was willing to help as soon as I walked in the door. Mr. Neale filled in for the original sales person b/c he apparently left early for the day. From the showing of the units to the paperwork and everything in between, he was very professional and very courteous. He worked very hard to help me get the camper I wanted at the price I could afford. He kept me informed throughout the week and answered all of my questions. Chris even answered his phone and helped me on his day off. I absolutely love my Brand New 2024 Wolf Den.
This was my first camper purchase and I would definitely recommend Chris as your salesman.

My husband and I are going to join the RV world and came by to get an idea of what we would like to purchase. Alvin Hicaro was informative, very detailed, and also entertaining! It was so wonderful to check out the RV's and have fun doing it! I hope everyone has the same experience as we did!

The staff at this location were very helpful and friendly.

Timothy West was the salesman who assisted me. He took the time to show me many campers and answer all my questions. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I am a first time camper and the staff took the time to educate me on how the camper works and what I needed for the camper. The staff went in-depth and took me through the process of setting up the camper step-by-step. They worked with us through the process and were flexible.

I would 10 out of 10 recommend this company!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Responses are instant and folks are knowledgeable... My experience with McGeorge service center is 100% better than the other Camping World location near... I didn't have to leave 5 or more messages to get a response, I received constant updates, and I felt welcoming.... Thank you Melissa for being soooo heartwarming and making my experience great.. Thank you William for always being a listening ear and helping. Thank you Cleda for working hard on finding the items I needed.

I had an exceptional experience with the customer service department at McGeorge's Rolling Hills RV (CW). My repair was completed sooner than expected and to perfection . There wasn't any back and forth. Melissa did an excellent job keeping me informed and going out of her way to answer all my questions. By far the best RV customer service that I have ever experienced.

Man, I had been looking for about a year for the perfect camper for myself and my two young kids and Jeremy at McGeorge GOT IT DONE!!!! From start to finish, this man hit the pavement hard and fast to try and find what would fit us best for our needs. It was not easy finding what we needed as we have a 4 door rzr we were trying to make sure would fit, and let me tell you, Jeremy each time would go and literally measure to the tee to see if it would fit. I cannot thank him and the camping world staff for getting it done, getting me in and out as fast as possible, and simply the family atmosphere it felt like there. I always say that if you can grind your butt off for your customers, they will always return to you/refer to you and thats my plans moving forward. You know this is THE camping world to go to even if I did have to drive 3.5hrs because as you might just assume as well, I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE TO DO THAT lol. Thank you Jeremy, Give this man an office and raise!

We are first time RV owners and really had a lot to learn about the whole process of selecting, purchasing, using, and maintaining a travel trailer. Xavier facilitated the entire transaction and brought in several of his associates that specialized in what we needed and how the travel trailer works. The team was straight forward and open with advice. We are doing our shake-down cruise this coming week and are very excited. Highly recommend Xavier.

This review may be difficult to explain in detail. Let me say I can recommend them, just make sure you STAY in contact and FOLLOW UP. I spent many countless hours here dealing with the purchase, delivery, and delay of our 2020 MPG2500BHS. I dealt with lies, apologies, great service, complaints, miscommunication, promises not kept, and damage to a brand new unit.

THE GOOD:
FIRST:
Our sales person Shane was good. The amount of time he spent with us is unmatched. I appreciate everything he did and tried to do for us.
SECOND
Jessie in delivery is fantastic, an angel, a caring person, and communicated well. She did everything possible even when the sales side messed up. When the technician punctured the outside of our 2020 MPG fixing molding on the inside Jessie assured me it would be handled and handled well. She was right!
THIRD:
Most of the staff running around the building was always nice and helpful. They answered questions and treated everyone well.

THE BAD AND THE UGLY:
FIRST and ONLY:
Robbie (Sales Manager) lies and misinforms. He insults women and I would not recommend dealing with him. Another employee felt as I did about his treatment of female customers. He told my wife multiple times that damage to a brand new unit was normal and not normally fixed. Now, when he dealt with me, it was going to be fixed and got fixed. I walked away from the first deal he offered as the number sounded wrong, well it was. I wanted the OUT THE DOOR price and thought I had that, nope he gave me the unit price only and when I went back the price drastically changed

THE REASON I CAME BACK AND BOUGHT:
Dan the general manager is a great guy and genuinely tried to fix everything. Only mistake was making a promise that he could not keep. When my 2020 MPG Dan told me the last thing he wanted me doing was leaving with a repaired unit that was brand NEW. Well, I left with a repaired unit. The person that did the BODY work did an amazing job. Dan did a great job recovering the mess Robbie created. Dan tried to keep the delivery on course. Dan tried to make amends by offering me $300 Camping World credit and for some reason that irritated me and my frustration with the whole thing spilled over. Probably because of the massive car accident that was the week before and that there was nothing I needed from the store since I was already a camper owner. Dan did not deserve that and I swallowed my pride to apologize. Dan, I am sorry!

WHAT IS STILL OUTSTANDING?
I am still waiting on the $300 check promised by Dan (My check arrived last week.) I am waiting for some parts to be shipped to me. With the shipping issues and closures I am not surprised there are delays.

Every dealer is going to have good and bad reviews. Lord knows this one could have gone bad multiple times. Even with all this, I would recommend them as well as the one in Newport News, VA. I have more detail that explains each step, but that is not necessary for this. Just go check them out, talk to them, and communicate.

James in service has been amazing!!! I have never had such a positive experience with our RV in service before. I 100% recommend James and his service department. Our RV was diagnosed on the day of our appt and all repairs were done in a timely manner. They even fought with the warranty company for us. Best experience ever!

I dropped by doing some pre-buying research on a travel trailer. I met with Danny Browder and he was so amazing to work with! He was knowledgeable and really took time with me to hear me, and help find me just what I was looking for. He is super friendly and really funny! Go see Danny, he'll take care of you!

My son Jackson and I spent some quality time with a quality guy, Donny. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we explored all the options that might meet our family’s unique needs. He was very easy to talk to and generous with his time. We did not feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend McGeorge’s (and Donny) for your Camper/RV needs.

We have never owned an RV and know NOTHING about them. We made the two hour drive from our home because we read the good reviews online and saw the large selection available at McGeorges. From the start, We appreciated the knowledge and professional of our sales person, Janelle, who helped walk us through every option available and helped us choose an RV we were happy with. From there, Alex in the service center provided over the top customer service. Having driven two hours, we wanted to be able to take the RV we had chosen home the same day so we didn’t have to drive back. Despite the tight turnaround on a very busy Saturday, Alex took the time to make sure our RV was cleaned and ready, show us every feature of the RV, and walk us through every step of set up- answering our numerous questions and even showing us the correct items to purchase. At the end of a very busy and long day, Alex worked past closing to make sure we were hooked up correctly to our tow vehicle and comfortable with every part of the RV before driving away. Having traveled all over the world and dealt with people from all over, we have never receive such outstanding and friendly customer service. Thank you Alex and Janelle for making a smooth process for our first time RV buying experience- you guys ROCK!

In the market for another RV and they had a great selection with prices to match. Buffy was phenomenal and able to show us some that we’d looked at online as well as a few that we didn’t but they met our needs.

Tim West was amazing to work with. We had a good idea of what we wanted and he quickly showed us rigs that fit our specs plus a few extra that would also work for what we wanted. He was super nice and patient with our young kids as well. 10/10 recommend asking for him

Brian Do was my sales man and he was great! He went above and beyond by helping us find the perfect camper for our needs. Also he came in on his day off just to show us the travel trailers that we wanted to look at to make a decision on witch one to buy. He was upfront and honest about any questions we asked. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a camper/RV! We love our new camper. Thanks Brian.

This review is about my experience with McGeorge’s Service Department specifically.

I couldn't be more impressed with the process of having some repairs done to our new (to us) RV we bought last December. Our original Service Advisor, Demond, was great to work with and went above and beyond what we could've expected from him, and when he moved over to sales, his replacement for our RV, Raymond, stepped right in and continued where he left off. During the time in the shop for the repairs we were looking to have done, they even took care of a couple items that we hadn't even discussed having fixed. Really couldn't have asked for a better experience during this entire process.

This was our first visit for service to take care of warranty items(punch list) after purchase. Melissa and the service team were awesome. She kept me updated the entire time.

Everyone that we encountered during our process of buying a camper was AWESOME!! Especially Jane who took the time to show us campers. She was such a joy to work with. She answered all of our questions and even sent us multiple messages congratulating us. We highly recommend McGeorge’s RV!

Our Salesman, Dustin Crooks was great. He touched bases with us throughout the week, answered any questions we had, and confirmed our appointment numerous times. He had great customer service throughout the appointment and was able to meet us in the middle! Definitely ask for Dustin if you are looking for a great RV for a Great price and great customer service!!
