Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Very well maintained. Loved the nature trail. We took our 2 dogs with us and they had a blast. Couldn’t believe all the wildlife. We were lucky enough to have space 11 which overlooks a deer feeding area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

We stayed at this beautiful RV resort last year and couldn’t get back quickly enough. We returned in June and brought friends! The place is beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the sites are spacious. Jimmy and Lisa could not be nicer people. They make you feel like family. What a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Go out of your way if you have to to stay at this Class A resort! We will be back again and again! John and LeAnne Storrie.

Best LUXURY Rv resort in ruidoso/alto. Owners live on property and gave us such a warm welcome. Views for days. A nice little trail on property. Only like 30 spots…each spot is very private. No bad views on any of the lots. Only class A which is nice too.

We spent 4 nights at Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch. It is a small, privately owned premier park and the nicest we have stayed in. The owners were on-site and attentive. The sites are concrete, spacious, level, with a gas fire pit, comfy chairs, and million dollar views. The landscape is breathtaking with a nice hiking trail. The office building was great, with well-planned, clean bathrooms and laundry room, along with a nice patio. It was a lovely visit made so in part because of Jimmy and Lisa’s attention to every detail. It is obvious that they really care about their property and the guests who visit. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet sanctuary and plan to come back. In addition to being a stunning place to stay, it is convenient to plenty of activities in the Ruidoso area. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would!

Very high end. Nice paved sites and roads. Top quality water. All sites overlook s large open area that is home to deer and elk. Have stayed here in the past. It is $$$, but you are away from the crowds and have nice amenities at each site.

Awesome resort and a great location. Secluded on a mountain side with probably the best pads for large rigs we have seen. The gas fire pits and steel rocking chairs are a great touch. Close enough to Ruidoso for all that it offers, in a very short drive. Jimmy and Lisa are great hosts, and they definitely take great pride in this five star facility. We hope to return some time in the future.

We are back with a new look. One thing that doesn’t change is RMR! It’s like a fine wine, getting better with time. Still our favorite motorcoach resort in the country. Thank you for your hospitality and we will see you all next year!

Our stay was simply amazing! The owners are absolutely wonderful people. From the moment you make your reservation, arrival, stay and departure-are above and beyond all expectations. The resort is stunning! It’s about as close as you can get to heaven. Can’t wait for our next trip back...

Much thought was given to the layout of the sites and the buildings were constructed with quality materials and well furnished. Very clean and well kept. And It was nice to see a scripture reference near your enterance.

Jimmy & Lisa the owners are rockstars. They’ve created a hideaway resort that is peaceful, clean, quite and secure. Clubhouse and grilling area are amazing, and clean showers and bathrooms. Close to all of town yet far enough away to be in nature. I didn’t want to give a 5 star as would like to keep this gem a secret!!!!

This park is for Motor Coaches and is absolutely the closest thing to heaven. The sites are concrete and very level. Love the propane fire pits and chairs they have at each campsite. Love the owners and all they do to make it one big family atmosphere. Highly recommend this park to anyone and everyone that comes to New Mexico. Beautiful clubhouse, great people, very friendly park, tops on our list!!

Beautiful, well laid out and friendly. 45 acres with only 29 Class A motorhome sites. Deer every evening and hummingbirds abound. Very quiet. Level, concrete pads All amenities. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed exceptional views, hosts and all-around a beautiful facility. No traffic noise inside or beyond the security gates. A very lovely place to relax.

A wonderful Motorhome resort who caters to Class A's only, located in the beautiful mountains and woods of Alto/Ruidoso New Mexico. Roads are well maintained so getting to this location will a breeze even for the largest coaches. The park itself is perched on top of a hill overlooking a luscious green valley, where deer can be spotted throughout the entire day. Motorhome pads and hookup are well maintained and extremely well placed. Even had a choice of which site we wanted, this may have been due to number of coaches there but still it was a nice touch. Lisa and Jimmy are some of the nicest people you can meet and want to make your experience an enjoyable one. Amenities are beyond acceptable, bathrooms and showers are extremely clean and relaxing. Wi-Fi is free and had an strong single throughout the entire park. One nice touch is use of the Washer/Dryers are free so no need to haul loose change when you decide to do some laundry. The resort is not far from downtown Ruidoso, a quick 10 minute car ride will have you in the heart of the shopping district. Alto lakes are also a few minutes from this location, did not have time to visit them but it is a nice touch. Price is modest but well worth it especially with all the nice amenities. $80 dollars for two persons and motorcoach, $10 dollars for extra individuals who may be with you per night. Overall a great place to visit and has been around for only two years. Once the word gets out about this place reservations may be hard to get. Enjoy.

The most beautiful RV Resort we have stayed in. Really enjoyed my daily talks with Jimmy He was very informative about where to go in the area. He always had the time to stop and chat.We were treated to daily viewings of Deer and Elk right from our patio.

Thank you J & L for your commitment of offering such a nice Class A Motor Home location. Wish we could have stayed for the 4th of July celebration! Debra and I sure enjoyed our week stay here, and look forward to returning soon.

Had a beautiful site overlooking valley and daily deer feedings. Perfect weather with nice rain every evening. Enjoyed the trail hikes with puppy.
