Ruidoso Winter Park

Our family loved coming to this winter park! My kids are 7 through 13 and they all had a blast! Even my 7 year old daughter loved the coaster and the snow slopes! Highly recommend this place! Buy your tickets online so you don’t wait in line at the park and get there early! There are food trucks and restrooms and a fire pit to keep warm next to.

A spectacular place!! 2nd time there and no disappointment. This time was better than last year because our baby now reaches the height for chutes 1 to 4, so we could share much more time together as family. It was very crowded but getting the tickets online is a must, because when we arrived the lines were full, and in the sales windows they told us were not going to sell more tickets. So if you want you're place granted must buy online with anticipation.

Took the family for some tubing in the snow on Christmas Day. Alot of people on location but parking was adequate, lines moved pretty fast. They had 4 chutes for beginners and 3 higher chutes. They also have a toddler tubing area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a food truck court with everything you could want. Prices were very reasonable. We did not try the zip line or Scraming Eagle coaster but the lines were not long. Overall a great experience!

Ruidoso winter park is must do with the family. We had an excellent time and weather was great. I like that they have a fire pit to stay warm and several snacks for the family. Get there early to avoid the long lines later in the day. My kids loved it! We'll be back.

Wonderful time crowded but you could easily move around even though long lines to tubing chute it went pretty fast. My 1 1/2 yr old granddaughter loved the bunny tube chute for her she went about ten times. Even though I didn’t buy any food, the food trucks looked great and prices were real cheap. Winter Park is an absolute blast! While the ice can be slippery (a heads up), I had a minor slip, but two older gentlemen, despite initial amusement, quickly took responsibility and started warning others. The overall atmosphere is fantastic, with friendly and helpful workers. Kids will have a blast, and although lines appear long, they move surprisingly quick. A slight hiccup turned into a positive experience thanks to the watchful eyes of those two gentlemen. Great place for winter fun!

Wonderful experience, the staff are helpful and out for the safety of all the guests. They were very nice and wanted to be sure everyone was having fun and being safe, which was the most important part. When we first got there, there were a lot of people and it got a little confusing where do go and what to do to get the tubes but the staff helped us out a lot and as the day went on we got to ride multiple times.

Our family truly enjoyed this experience, especially the new roller coaster. We are Central Texans not accustomed to snow, and this is a great park for folks who just want to enjoy the snow. The staff is very hospitable. We will be back.

Had an amazing time with my husband. The environment was fun. We loved the snow. We came from Odessa Texas to experience the tubing and the roller coaster ride. I do recommend using snow goggles.

The kids and I had a great time on the mountain coaster, zip line and tubing. Food was good and the fresh squeezed lemonade was great.

I would give the bathrooms a 1 star, they were very dirty.

This was a great experience for me and my family, we are definitely going back. The food trucks had great tasting snacks. I would recommend going there if you are in town.

Fun for families, several lanes to choose from, but be prepared to stand in line for a while, for a quick ride, just needs another "liftride" line to speed things up.

We had a great time over spring break. We tubed and rode the coaster. The kids enjoyed it. Highly recommend buying your tickets ahead of time, signing the waivers online, and getting there early. The line gets long pretty quick.

We are visiting here again after 2 years from Houston. It's a fun place to be in winter. Kids love it. Had a blast doing tubing on the slopes.

We went on 1/5/2024 arrived at 8:40am and was first in line to pick up our prepaid tickets. We rode all the hills for 3 hours with no wait. It was a great time.

My family decided to splurge and purchase an Igloo Package….and it was definitely worth the price! If you have a party of 6 or more, the price is great for the perks you get. Also, the employees were fantastic! They were all friendly and super helpful! As a note to management, you should make your employees sign waivers and let them change shifts by tubing down! They deserve it! Thank you Winter Park for an amazing day and experience! And thank you to our hostess, Cris(sorry, wasn’t too sure how to spell your name). ♥

Be ready for the wait and dress for the weather. But an amazing experience and worth the line, even during spring break. My 4-year-old grandson loved his first roller coaster ride!!!

It was really fun the roller coaster was the best you can control the speed not get motion sick or anything. The tubing, and roller coaster was a very long line it was a holiday, but still on the mountain it took forever to get all the way up. They need to add more exits, and pump up there two people tube’s they should also add more ways to get up.
