Dr. Clint Sowards cares. In my opinion that, in and of itself, is the foundation for an exceptional doctor. I have had some tricky health issues this year and have gone from doctor to doctor, feeling a lone and on my own, not able to come across a doctor willing to take the time to help me figure out what is going on. I finally met with Dr. Sowards after a recommendation from a friend and have found his kindness and dedication to be refreshing and comforting during my struggles with a difficult health issue. He has made many phone calls on my behalf, contacting other health care providers. I feel so fortunate to have him in my corner. He has helped me regain my trust in doctors which I had lost due to some bad experiences. To find a doctor that is caring makes a world of difference.

I work with Dr. Sowards and I think that the review I see posted does a poor job representing the passionate and dedicated physician I know. Dr. Sowards has an excellent reputation in Antonito and throughout the San Luis Valley. He cares deeply about his patients and has established roots in the community. If you are unsure who to believe regarding this doctor just ask around, the truth will become clear very quickly.

My husband injured his leg while hunting in Colorado and needed stitches. They were able to see him and fix him right up! Very pleased with the care given.
