Hardee’s

The food was so hot and fresh, we ordered through the drive thru but sat in the parking lot and ate it. Chicken tenders served with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce were *chef's kiss*

Also used the restrooms before we left and they were so clean!!

Food was made to order fries were hot and sandwich was great I had the big ham. I tried to use a coupon but cashier gave me a better deal!

All of the employees are very kind even when having a bad day. The managers are very professional yet fun to be around. The manager Kenneth is very much a good worker. He will sort out any issue or need you may have, yet also has a fun attitude and will lighten the day. I can't wait to start working here with the General Manager Brandy aswell as The manager Kenneth and any other employees!!

So I had been 2x before Christmas of 2022 and I was disgusted with quality and I swore I was done the 3rd time but then I was told by some locals that it had new management so this morning I decided to test it out and honestly it was amazing and the ladies were so sweet to make give me the omelet biscuit but without the biscuit and it tasted delicious. Thank You!

The cashier was super nice. She made sure our food was cooked fresh.

Edit: Hardee’s has taken a serious dive. The beef is just ok now, the onion rings aren’t beer battered any more, serious corners have been cut. I can’t lower the star rating because as a Hardee’s, this is still a five star store, it’s not their fault corporate didn’t learn their lesson in the 90’s when corner cutting drove the company into the ground.

Every single time I’ve gone, I’ve gotten exactly what I ordered, the staff was polite and courteous, and the food was fresh. The service is usually quick, the only time it wasn’t I went fairly close to closing time and the manager explained that he wasn’t happy with the fries he had so it took a bit to fry new ones. He even upped the fries to a large as a compensation for the wait.

There are only three drive through restaurants in Decatur, Hardee’s is very easily the best.

It is truly a down home feel. People are polite and the customer service it's very friendly and efficient also! I would recommend this place to anyone that would enjoy that type of atmosphere their food is delicious and they're always coming up with new stuff!

Very sweet staff, and great food. They treat you like family, and will joke around and still find time to get your exact order right. I highly recommend.

Gabby is the best employee that Hardee’s has. I just ate there on Saturday. She is so pretty and nice.
