This is not a state operated employed building. This is a contracted company. Wow! What breath of fresh air from the stuffy, security, take a number, no plexiglass shield, no red tape governmental service or systems here. Walk right in feeling like a locally owned and operated shop. Great no nonsence service! The burecratic machine needs to let more private contractors meet our public needs. This is a great business addition assett to our local economy.

It's so nice to walk into a place and have excellent service. This super cute office is kitty friendly and the ladies here will take good care of you. We got our car registrations done with no drama.

All the representatives are nice and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Wonderful people! Cool shop with cats, dogs and birds. Staff couldn't be any nicer. The ONLY place to go for plates, tabs and registration!

We recently moved to Aberdeen and in March my husband needed to renew his license. We're used to Tacoma/Seattle and having to wait 1+ hours. We went close to closing on a Friday, didn't have cash so had to run home, our stuff was still on the counter lol. No one else had come in yet. Super fast, super friendly and found out we can ring back his dd214 and get veteran added to his license, we had no idea. Now I tell everyone to come renew here when they come visit us. Recommend 100%

The ladies here are wonderful! I was having a hard time dealing with the company who holds my title not wanting to send a copy so I could get new plates and tabs since I moved back to Washington. I tried several times to no avail. Angie told me to try reaching out again and when that still didn't work Angie went out of her way to reach out to them (it even took her a few tries) to get what was needed!! That is going above and beyond what was required of her and was greatly appreciated! When I went in to get it all switched over the young lady helping me was very polite and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

This is by far the best dmv I have ever been to! I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, the staff is always super friendly, efficient, and helpful. And getting to see the rescue animals is always a plus!

For location on the registration I write Cathy's house of cats. The local cop laughed and let me go.

Every time a good time. Great home town feel customer service. Helpful, quick...I mean, come on....you get to pet a kitten or two while you renew tabs. I quite like the experience of this place. Blah, blah...more nice words, blah. Love all of your faces. Angie ain't bad either.

Bring your patience as with every business visit. Pet the lazy, sweet cats or not. Be the friendly happy person you want to see, and enjoy. Lovely, calm atmosphere and knowledgeable help with transactions. Been there several times and never had a problem.

I love this place. Kathy has always been so professional and has train her staff to be the same. They are kind and very helpful. I recommend anyone needing tabs, registrations, & titles to use thier services. Plus the bonus of how sweet of a lady she is that she rescues all of the pets that are there is totally awesome.

I love this place. It's the kind of place where you may just want to stop and visit just to say hi to the cats that roam freely. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There was no wait. The single best experience at a GOVERNMENT agency, EVER!

This place is amazing!!!! The decor is beautiful quaint and the staff is super helpful great customer service and cheerful. Also serves as wildlife reserve so lots of amazing animals. It definitely did not feel like typical DMV. I will look forward to coming back. Who knew the DMV would ever be fun.

Truthfully I have only been here around 3 times but just the fact that the décor is so beautiful and the animals are so sweet and nice and maintained that proves they are wonderful owners of there business and of there animals

It's not only THE place to go for day to day business but especially when you have issues. Great one on one care here. The atmosphere of antiques, cats and birds is a huge plus!

Always amazing customer service. Moved here from Ca. Ca could take lesson or 5 from these guys. Keep up threw great job.

With the current covid pandemic the line was out side. Everyone was about 6 feet apart and the line was moving fast! Great work by the DOL Ladies!!
