I'll be bringing all of my business to this location Shay the manager was more than helpful coming out of her own pocket to ensure that I got the right part even though it came from a competitor store thank you again for all your help you guys are great

We are traveling and our battery was acting up.
Our go to is usually Walmart because they are everywhere. But this one didn't have a service bay. So we went to AutoZone instead.
Our battery was 8 years old so I am not surprised we had troubles.
I went in and found a young man sticking the shelves and he came right out to test the battery and the charging system.
Battery was bad, charging system was good.
Of course they were out of the lowest priced batteries but the next level up was $209.
A bit steep, but when traveling you don't have a lot of options.
I asked about loaner tools and he said he would just come out and change it for me.
He was a very courteous young man and we had a nice conversation about the area while he changed out the battery.
Overall I was very pleased with this transaction.
I only wish I remembered the young man's name who helped me.

David C saved me as a customer. Bad experience on Thursday. Came in Monday morning and Mr David C stepped in returned wrong part for right part and then installed for me. Awesome customer service with Mr. David C. Not so much with lady on Thursday.

A great team giving grate service. My Alternator went out just as I got into town 2 hours from home. They helped with all the tools I needed to swap it out in the lot. All very helpful service.

Went in because we were having issues with our Jeeps battery. An associate came outside, tested the battery and gave us some greay DIY suggestions for how to fix it. No big purchase necessary just great customer service.

They were great!! I had to stop to have my battery ( purchased from there) checked. The employee came out to my car and checked, not only my battery, but also my alternator. The battery was not the problem. I'm so glad they have great service like this for those of us that don't have extensive knowledge of motors.

My husband loves this store. I do, too. The staff is SO helpful and friendly and they will do their best to find what you need if your particular vehicle is unique as well. This store is vital to the town, and we are grateful for it!

My check engine light came on yet again with a code that I've been battling for a year. A gentleman here gave me quite a few options for what could be going wrong - something my mechanic hadn't done! Very appreciative for the customer service he provided!

I went and got a diagnostic reading and got told my cam shaft position was failing. They gave me a discount because I didn't have enough money, and to top it off Kevin came out and changed it out for me!!! By far the best autozone I have ever been to. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the staff for all your help! If I could I would rate more than 5 stars

The manager, Darlene, really helped us when we were stuck in Aberdeen when our battery died on a trip. Really helpful, very personable! We are so thankful to get such great service!
