After my husband talked to Sarah Niemela on the phone and confirmed with her that they were willing to work with us on achieving a mutually beneficial deal, we drove an hour out and test-drove the car to verify that everything was as it should be. We were then able to quickly complete the transaction and take delivery of our brand new vehicle. It was one of the best sales and financing experiences that we've had at any dealership.

The majority of this transaction was done via email correspondence due to my work schedule, I was very impressed by how quick Jason would repsond to my emails and how seamless the process was when they dealt with my banking insituation to set up the purchase agreement. I also liked that Jason would do a final work through with the vehicle I've purchased and noted anything that could be a possible issue with in the first month. He also gave me a quick tutorial of the key features of the vehicle and answered any questions that I would have on the features. I've been going to Holt for years and will continue to. They talk to everyone by name and are totally laid back and put you at ease. I love love love the fact that they always fill up the windshield wiper fluid, vacuum out my car and wash it before giving it back - no matter what it is in for! I haven't purchased windshield wiper fluid in years and I love it! I gave my friend a ride to pick his vehicle up at a "better" shop in the cities, so he says - I asked him, why is your vehicle still so dirty?? 😉

Holt Motors was very easy to deal with. I needed new tires, and they found exactly what I was after. They had them ready for me the next day. Changed tires, alignment, wash and delivery was done in a timely fashion. They even pointed out that a Rebate was available which saved even more money. Great folks to be on your team!
