My mother in law next door to my house had a new home put in, when the electric company came out to hook up her power they disconnected mine, which I understand they may have had to do, but communication goes a long way and it would've been nice to know the power was going out to turn off my PS5 and other electronics that cannot be just shut off. Yes we were outside and yall could have let us know what was going on. Lost a lot of info and almost fried my hard drive. Thanks southwest for not communicating and also leaving all the branches cut from the trees in the middle of my driveway. Already have a tree yall hired to be cut and they left a 20 ft log in my driveway that I don't have a chainsaw big enough to get rid of. And now with this power line coming from my mother in laws house I say another tree needs to come down because it's well within 15 foot of yalls lines. Massacre all the other trees around here due to the 15ft rule yet put a line up within 6 feet of another tree going across the neighbors driveway Make it make sense

This electric is terrible whoever decides how much a KWH is needs to be FIRED I'm sure the ppl working there are nice but the cost of electric is terrible
