Have been coming to this particular location for the last 2 years and have been fortunate enough to have Peggy as my technician both times! She is very professional and discreet and made my experience so less stressful! She’s very thorough, but gets me in and out quickly! Im so thankful for her!!
The office staff is always very friendly and helpful ! I wish all of my friends and family could come here for their mammograms!

St Augustine office Rachel always goes above and beyond to make sure she does everything possible to make everyone feel like they are the only person seen by St Augustine Precision Imaging Office. I’m very bad with names, but my technician went above and beyond. You can tell she really loves her job not only was she professional,she made me feel very comfortable! I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt that she needed to be recognized for the job she does. If I could give her more than five stars, I would’ve.

Peggy is the best. No waiting, she was there to greet me and gave thorough instructions. She took the time to answer any questions I had. She made what might not be a pleasant experience easy, efficient and pleasant.

I visited this location on two separate occasions for MRIs. They were very responsive with scheduling. The front staff was very friendly and helpful! The techs in the back, both times, were amazing! They walk you through everything and do what they can to make you as comfortable as possible during the exams. They really seem to care about their patients, not just getting through the day! I would highly recommend them!

I have been getting mammograms and diagnostic mammograms for years and the first time I went to Precision I had the BEST mammography tech, Peggy! I only had one retake for both diagnostic mammograms, which was my fault

This Imaging facility is Great, they are knowledgeable, professional & comforting. Peggy, Amy & Rachel were AMAZING, they just knew they right words to comfort me. I would definitely recommend this place, from start to finish was a very pleasant appointment, facility was clean, service was A plus. Peggy, Amy & Rachel are second to NONE!

I’ve gone to both Precision Imaging offices and they are very efficient, friendly, and considerate of patients. They post imaging on the patient portal so you can see and read reports as well. Best imaging team for mammograms inc 3d option, MRI, xray, and Dexa, all in one place

My son needed an MRI asap and Christina at the front went over and above to help accommodate us. She also helped to resolve an insurance issue for us. The back staff were also so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this location and I will go there from now on. Thank you, Precision.

I had an MRI here with and without contrasts and I can't recommend my technician enough! The IV was administered perfectly and the MRI was done quickly for the standards. The waiting area feels like you're in a resort with coffee, water, Seltzer and snacks. I've been here before and I will continue coming here over other places. Precision Imaging has been excellent! Peggy performed my mammogram and she is kind, experienced and terrific at making an unpleasant experience easy! No wait, in and out in 20 minutes. Precision Imaging is a first class facility from the pleasant and knowledgeable front desk staff and imaging technologists to the clean and comfortable waiting room with complimentary drinks and snacks. This was my first visit to the facility and being in the medical field myself, I was very impressed. It was nice to see newer imaging equipment and modern technology. We walked in without an appointment and were helped immediately. My 8 year old daughter needed x-rays and the technologist, Melissa, was very friendly and patient as she explained the procedure, answered her many questions and made her feel comfortable. I feel fortunate to have such a nice facility in the area and will go to Precision for all of our future imaging needs. Thank you!

This is the most patient staff. Tracy and Mindy worked with me through my CT scan anxiety. They did everything they could to make me comfortable and even held my hand at one point. I will make the hour drive from my home again just to come to this facility. Thanks again Tracy and Mindy.

My visit to Precision Imaging is always a pleasant experience even though going to get a scan/exam can be stressful, Precision Imaging is easy and calming. The visit begins with the professional and caring front office staff and continues as the technician(s), especially Mindy and Tracy, greet me and explain fully what my exam will be—so much appreciated! Painless and thorough, my visit is flawless. Thank you Precision Imaging and all the employees!

I just completed my first mammogram and ultrasound at the St. Aug precision Imaging Centers.
Going into it, it was an anxious situation since I had to have a screening unexpectedly.
Peggy helped me with the mammogram, explaining the process of how everything was going to go step by step.
I super loved the spa-style robes and manicured facility. It made it feel more personal and less hospital gown/sterile to me.
Amy helped me with my ultrasound and also explained the process. I felt at ease in the room that was dimly lit and felt very comfortable.
There were also little individual dressing/waiting rooms to wait in before being called to the next screening with really comfty arm chairs and beautifully decorated.

I had my annual mammogram at Precision Imaging with Peggy and I felt compelled to write this review. She was so gentle and made the experience comfortable if that can be even possible. I always feel sore after a mammogram for a few days but Peggy was really gentle and showed me that it doesn’t need to be such an unpleasant experience.

They do everything here to make your experience perfect.
From the check in to the actual imaging and post imaging, the staff--Tracy, Mindy and Crystal - go out of their way.
Feeling a bit flushed after my MRI, these women took over and made sure I was comfortable and back to 100% before I left.
A great experience

Team does an amazing and efficient job at this location! Had an appointment for a mammogram and even though I showed up 15 minutes early, they took me in immediately and had me out of there within 15 minutes. Peggy was the tech that took care of me and she was fabulous! This is my third time at this imaging center and I strongly recommend them!
