The Proper Group Vacation Rentals

We so much enjoyed our time at the Beachfront condo. The walk we took to the beach morning and evening included lots of stair steps, which we enjoyed, but others might not.
The accommodations were clean and modern. When we needed assistance, the property company was prompt in supporting us.
The location was excellent for driving to other beaches and activities all along the northern Florida coast.

Our stay at this rental was the best we've had in St Augustine. Great location for walking to restaurants and downtown in a friendly, quiet neighborhood.
This home had a lot of thoughtful items for renters-games, firepit, hammock, bikes, beach gear and more. Our pooch loved the big, shady fenced in area for her to run around and occasionally chase the squirrels.
All of the linens were very clean. The floors and bathrooms were cleaned like they were done by the homeowner. Very clean. We've stayed in a number of rentals that look like they have been minimally cleaned.
This place made us feel as if we could walk in, throw our things down and immediately relax. The owner lives close by. It was obvious they take great pride in offering a quality rental home.

So impressed with the Proper Group. They were easy to communicate with, and continued to check in with us before, during and after our stay. We really felt like our wish was their command, and it’s the most impressed we’ve ever been staying at a property run by a management group. If you see a place they run, highly encourage you to stay there. The place we stayed was perfectly furnished, stocked and cleaned. Can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with the Proper Group. Looking forward to our next visit!

When we first stumbled upon the property on Airbnb ( The White House), it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch as the rate was very affordable- comps in the area were going for almost double and will only go up during the Nights of Lights.Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The Proper Group is the most thoughtful, communicative host we've come across and we have traveled extensively. They provided us with all the information we needed and even helped secure reservations and outings. The home itself is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms and patio area are clean and light. The location was incredible. They had excellent restaurant recommendations and were of great help. The whole team went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks The Proper Group and The White House for such a wonderful time! We will be back next year!

The house was perfect for our family business reunion. The Proper Group was very attentive, even cleaning the leaves out of the pool. The pool was saltwater and was enjoyed. We were very happy with the layout. The kitchen and dining areas worked out great for our crowd.The washer and dryers on both floors were helpful for the group. The beach was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay,

The location is perfect, the house has tons of room for 7-8 people, and the house was stocked with all necessary basics. The pool was awesome, and the view from the roof was unbelievable. I'd stay here again any time. Everyone I dealt with at the Proper Group was wonderful and very concerned that everything at the house was perfect!

Amazing group with gorgeous properties. We stayed directly on the beach in St. Augustine two years in a row and plan to return again next year. The home, pool, beach proximity, were all a dream. The team was quick to respond and always helpful.

We are very thankful to the Proper Group for setting us up in a great house on VERY short notice because our original rental thru VACASA was absolutely horrible. We called Nick at Proper Group and he immediately found us this home. The home is NEW, well stocked kitchen, new washer/dryer, ample and high quality linens. It's in a good location for walking to everything in St. Augustine. The living is rather tight, probably best for no more than 4 people--the back deck is great for warmer weather.

The White House was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room. The property was very clean and had enough kitchen items for 24 and ample seating. This was my second time staying here and I was pleased to see they have made many improvements making the house even better than it was last year. There did not used to be a day bed in the office upstairs. We loved having that! Also a good find as queen day beds are rare and hard to find. An adult could comfortably sleep in that room whereas usually daybeds are not very comfortable. We loved the mattress so much we asked the brand so we could purchase for our own home. It’s clear that the property management company listens to guest feedback given the addition of the dining table, bench in the living room, and reducing the amount of locked cabinets and closets there were. We are overpackers and loved having access to the master closet instead of just a clothing rack!

My friends and I stayed at the White House location and absolutely loved it. Great location-20 minute over the bridge. Several cute coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within a few minutes walking.
Great amenities-the hot tub was already hot when we arrived and there was a full spice drawer for cooking! Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Is one of the nicest in the neighborhood the host was extremely pleasant and the house was very clean and comfortable for my group. They added a table since our last stay which will work great for our thanksgiving plans!

12 of us stayed at Sol Mate for a college sorority reunion! The accommodations were perfect for gathering and eating together! The amenities were perfect, including the heated pool and hot tub! Since it had been 47 years since we graduated, the elevator came in handy for those people needing a knee replacement! We were so impressed, we are planning the next reunion!

We celebrated our granddaughter’s first birthday in St Augustine at Sol Mate. It was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations! The 2 sets of grandparents, parents, granddaughter and uncle all comfortable with shared spaces and space to separate when needed. The house was decorated for Christmas which added to our celebration. Perfect location and home.

The Proper Group is amazing! We rented a place at the Hibiscus in St. Augustine and they provided a ton of information upfront before arrival to make check-in smooth, the condo was in great condition and exactly as described, plus they stayed in contact via email throughout the stay with restaurant ideas, fun things to do in the area, etc. Check out was seamless as well. Would love to rent from them again!

Our family vacation at Sands of Eden was great. The home was very clean and even had an elevator! The very minor hiccups were addressed quickly. We were also pleased with the close, private beach access. We were usually the only ones there.

The property is absolutely perfect for a beautiful and relaxing get away. We have more than enough room amd the patio being enclosed added an even nicer layer to our stay. We spent much time out there annoying the cooler weather we had that week. Every room was immaculately clean. A few items to pick up from the people before us that were missed, no coffee in the coffee can, and the jacuzzi cleaners (3 of them for a very tiny 4 person jacuzzi) came the day before we checked out and frightened us as we were enjoying the back yard when they walked in. They seemed just as shocked to see us, though our car was out front. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect. It is located so close to all the sites there are to see in St. Augustine, FL. Absolutely stunning property.

The Peaceful Porch in St. Augustine is a great place to stay! Great location and the house was comfortable, roomy and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive. We would stay again!

We stayed at the White House on Anastasia Island. Absolutely beautiful property, close to everything (walking distance to historic St. Augustine), superbly clean, well stocked and fun space for friends or family. Would definitely recommend and rent again.
