My husband and I just completed the open water scuba certification with iDive, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience.

The certification takes place over two weekends, so each day of the training isn’t too long. Kyla took us through our classroom day with humor and helped us get fitted for our rentals. I’m a plus size lady, and I was impressed with the size inclusive selection of rental gear.

We completed out pool and open water dives with Ron. This dude was meant to teach scuba. He’s super chill and clear. We really enjoyed his company, and he was very reassuring as we were trying to get a hang of neutral buoyancy.

We also have bought all our introductory dive gear from iDive. They were super helpful in helping us pick out quality gear without upselling us newbies.

All and all I can’t say how glad I was we chose to train with iDive. I can’t recommend this dive shop enough.

The staff has always been professional and polite with emphasis on people learning to enjoy scuba diving. There is always a great selection of equipment and very knowleageable instructors to be sure I always had great experiences. The dive trips are far more interesting and exotic with plenty of attention to detail. The best dive shop I have ever done business with and dived with and will continue to recommend!

This shop and its staff are amazing. I have taken several international dive trips with this group.Their attention to detail is shown in every trip.Their staff and owners go out of their way to make you feel like you are family. In between dive trips I often find myself stopping by their shop just to say hello. The shop always has something new and exciting that I have to take home with me. If you are an experienced diver or just curious if diving is for you... iDive is the best.

Had an awesome first experience learning about diving. We got a private lesson at a local pool for a great price. The instructor/co-owner was informative and personable. He graciously let us go over our hour time limit because we were having a great time. Really appreciated it!

Amazing people that's what makes this store so great.! First of all from the moment I walked in the door, I was not sure if I would actually go through with the open water dive class. I had tried ten years earlier in California and could not pass because the instructor put the fear of god into me. I was in Florida for only a month as my father passed away. The woman at the counter was so patient as I vacillated for over an hour if I could go through with it. She was gently, encouraging and inspired me with a few stories of her own. Once I started the class, the instructor/owner of the store Shawn and his co-instructor Ron are NOT militant at all but completely patient, funny, and supportive. I don't think I could have passed with any other instructors. They instilled the critical value of learning and using the right techniques and tools to have the best diving experiences. I truly cherish this store and hope to come back for many more diving trips. A Sincere THANK YOU to you all!!!!!

I have done several dives with iDive and could not ask for a better experience! Even though I was certified by a different dive shop, they welcomed me into their dive family with open arms! My husband and I even spent our honeymoon diving with them in Cozumel! Great experience all around! Jason and Shawn are the best!

I have traveled internationally on several occasions with the idive staff.They are fun, reliable, and safety conscious. Purchased most of my gear from them as well as earned my Rescue Diver certification. Highly recommend this shop, good people!

Great instructor, informative staff. Got my CERT with them about a year and a half ago and have been diving with them many times since, they have always been friendly, helpful and emphasize safety first. Gear selection is top notch and their prices are competitive even with large internet retailers.

Getting SCUBA certified through iDive Florida was the BEST experience! They're friendly, professional, fun and most of all very skillful at teaching. I was nervous and a little fearful for obvious reasons, but the crew tailors each stage of the course to your comfort level. I enjoyed everything about the experience and look forward to future dives with the iDive Crew!!

My experience with iDive was amazing!!! They made me feel so comfortable and worked with me every step of the way on learning all of the skills! Also, when I was unable to make one of the classes, they worked with me to accommodate my schedule.

iDive Florida has very recently been sold and is under new ownership. Jason and his staff are top notch people who are very concerned with your all your diving needs and their customer service is second to none. We have gone on 2 International dives with iDive. Honduras 2016 and more recently to Cayman Brac this September 2018. I was also Advanced Diver Certified and Nitrox certified with this same shop. Shawn and Jason are nothing but professional. Safety and customer satisfaction are first and foremost in their day to day operations and on all trips. When you are starting an adventure that u have never taken before like scuba diving the ppl at idive are the best ones to show you the ropes. They answer all questions to the best of their ability they love teaching ppl about scuba diving and including all their students on future adventures and trips. They answer all questions about equipment and help u find the best equipment that fits you. All around these ppl are the best I got certified through them and bought all my equipment through them and continue to go on trips as well as my boyfriend and entire family. We brought the whole family to them. Check them out! They really are the best!

I was certified thru this shop and the experience was amazing. The instructors were very attentive and very professional. I have been on a couple of trips thru the shop and they handled everything. It was very organized and affordable. I highly recommend this shop for scuba diving adventures.

The staff is incredibly helpful and quick to respond, the instructors are knowledgeable and dive frequently, and the trips are well organized with a great variety to choose from. They even price match with amazon! This place is a real gem.

We recently purchased some masks and snorkels while we were traveling in Florida (we live in Alabama). While using the snorkel a few months later, we lost the purge valve from a snorkel. I inquired about purchasing a new valve (rather than the whole snorkel). They did some investigating and sent the purge valve to me FREE OF CHARGE. That is excellent service. I will definitely purchase all of our diving equipment there in the future!!
