I appreciated one of the employees helping me find what I needed for my car recently. I believe his name was Steve. I was in a rush and made it just before close. He was very nice. I will certainly go there again when needed.

The store's friendly, knowledgeable staff have been my go-to for advice on my old truck. Their patience and expertise have seen me through countless projects. Deepest thanks for everything!

My husband and I had the best service from Acton Auto supply. We bought windshield wiper blades and no matter how hard we tried we couldn't get the old ones off. We went back to the store and the man helped us. And also showed how to do it ourselves. He was so nice. It was refreshing to have such great customer service.

Trevor at Acton Auto Supply did a fantastic job when we stopped at the store today to replace our car's windshield wipers. He was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. He quickly replaced the wipers without being asked. We were on our way in less than 3 minutes. Really great service! He has a customer for life!

I purchased some windshield wipers here in early December. Much to my dismay, the drivers side wiper wasn’t clearing off the windshield completely and leaving a blur. I went back a week later and a gentleman named Steve, who has worked there for 11 years, waited on me. The second I walked into the store he immediately waited on on me in spite of him being busy. I told him my problem and without hesitation replaced the blades with no questions asked. A hassle-feee experience. My wipers work perfectly now. I highly recommend Acton Auto Supply especially Steve!

I needed wiper blades. Not sure what the sales person's name was, but he was very helpful. Looked at the blades I took off my car, put in the adapters to match them, and helped me put them on my car (showing me where the release was for the rear wiper). Prices seemed reasonable. Much easier than ordering the (wrong) wipers online! Thanks, Acton Auto Supply. I've bought from you in the past, and will continue to do so in the future.

They had the grill retainer removal tool that I needed in stock.

The people who work here actually know about cars. I have brought parts here from old obscure things and they take the time to measure and match things properly for customers. I have not made return trips for wrong parts ever. They remade all the hydraulic lines i have purchased in the last 7 or so years and they have outlasted originals on some equiptment.

The staff who work here have been extremely friendly and helpful every time I've visited!

Not only was I able to get a new battery here for a lot less than what the automotive chain stores were asking, they were a lot closer and friendlier. They also ordered a part for me at a price comparable to eBay. It's great to have a local retailer like this, so it's worth going there first.

I went to find a unique bulb for my car. They went and found it inside and didn't give up even though its a small part. Very friendly service. Please support our local business.

Shout out to the tall, skinny guy with the Porsche who complimented my old Volvo and helped me out in a pinch with an oil filter today. You were a life saver and I always appreciate kind words about my car. :)

The staff is always helpful. Parts are great quality. I buy local from Acton Auto Supply so I know the parts are going to work and I do not waste time having to do more diagnostics or do things over.

New to town. Stopped by to pick up some windshield wipers. While I was struggling to remove the old ones, the on-duty counterman came out, asked if I needed help, and removed the old wipers. When we went in, he measured the old ones, pulled new ones off the rack, took my money, then offered to install them (which I accepted). Quick, easy, and a very pleasant overall experience. Will definitely be going back next time I need an auto part.

If you want after market car parts in Acton this is a great place you should go it on lhs of route 119 when you from Acton to Concord. The staff is very very friendly. Has a big parking lot dedicated to them. Location is ideal you can never miss it. Staff will help you to install little things like windshield wiper blades. Store is very well lit which makes it easier to find things

Love these guys! I have been coming here for years now, since I learned to drive, and have yet to have a complaint. Everyone knows what they are talking about and are more than willing to help you solve whatever dilemma you might be having. They are aware that they can't always compete with the internet or larger chains, but their prices have never stopped me from purchasing what I need from them because I can't talk to the internet face-to-face and chains don't necessarily offer you the best prices or service. A top notch crew which is why it's my first stop.

These guys are at the top of their game. I moved away from this area and regret not being nearby, but they have always been helpful. Eric has helped me debug several issues on my older car, and we stay in touch remotely. They also have a wider selection of atypical parts than the chain parts houses. Go check them out.

Great service! I was in the area and needed a new car battery. Gave them a call and when i showed up they had it ready to go and gave me tools so i could change it out right there on the spot.
