Eastern Wok

Hands down, some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The place is really small (only one eat-in table), but the food was AMAZING. The staff is friendly enough, but they mean business, too. They do an amazing takeout business as well. Everything we tried was delicious. We're from out of town, but we'll be back if we're back in this direction again. SO good!!!

One of the only Chinese places that deliver in my area. The food is always delicious. I love their general tso’s sauce. They always get my order correct and deliver quickly.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about the quality and tasty food Eastern Wok provides NEPA. I’ve been a patron for years and will be for many years to come.

Over many years, I believe I’ve tried every single Chinese takeout restaurant in the Scranton area and, as a transplanted NY’er, my standards are high and the only Chinese takeout in the Scranton area that comes the closest to Canal St. standards is Eastern Wok. Like many others have told me, the tiniest of holes in the wall always have the best food.

I am writing this review because about two weeks ago I decided to eat at a different chinese restaurant because Eastern Wok is closed on Sundays. I always knew I enjoyed it more, but I didn't realize how much better it was compared to other nearby restaurants. Eastern Wok is by far the greatest chinese food in this entire area and it's not even a competition. The staff is also wonderful.

Best restaurant around. Not Only for when you’re craving that kind of food. But just in general. I have been ordering here for as long as I lived in my new home. Maybe 3 years. They have never messed my order up and the food is always as consistent as it was the first time I ordered it. I’m a huge fan of this place.

One of the best Chinese food places around! Owners are wonderful people and very friendly. The flavor of their food is like it came directly from NYC and the portions are great. When someone says they want Chinese food I also recommend Eastern Wok to them.

Best Chinese food experience of my life, undoubtedly best in entire area. The soups, wonton egg drop and pork yak gaw mein, incredible! Singapore mei fun was delicious! From a chefs view, everything was seasoned and spiced perfect. These guys are doing an amazing job. Thank You!

Made to order. Best location for delishous fresh piping hot Chinese food every time. Would not go anywhere else. Have tried other locations around the area but nothing comes close to this location in Archbald.

The best Chinese food in the valley area. Everything is incredibly fresh, made quickly and you get large portions at a reasonable price. They’re also very friendly.
