( Brian) my service guy was outstanding. He explained what had to be done and why it had to be done. He had absolutely no problem answering my questions since not everyone like myself knows much about heating units. Brian was the complete professional, and is the reason why I’ll keep my service plan for a long long time. Thank You Brian, hopefully your NJ Home Services supervisors are aware of what a great employee you are.

The technician that came to service our generator was excellent. He was very efficient, friendly, and gave a complete rundown of what was done. He also changed the date and time for the weekly test for us. Very happy with NJR maintenance plans and their knowledgeable techs!

For several years we have a service contract covering AC, heating and the water heater. Today we had an issue with a motor in our furnace that was literally burning out. The speed and efficiency that they showed to correct this issue was fantastic.
I 100% recommend this company for their honesty, knowledge and customer satisfaction.

Installer from NJR couldnt have been nicer or more polite and was extremely efficient. From start to finish job took under 2 hours…no miss or fuss and everything cleaned up beautifully once done! One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had with a home installation ….really can’t say enough about how well everything went!

My heat wasn’t working and I called for service. I was given the time frame of 8:00AM-8:00PM. I was pleasantly surprised when 30 minutes later Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
I am very pleased with the service , on the phone, and in person.

NJR Home Services was quick and easy to use. I scheduled an appointment for a new furnace and AC unit. The technician Ken was polite, prompt, friendly and explained the procedure. He took time to answer my questions. He was knowledgeable and informative. The other technician, James, was also very polite and helpful. I am also ordering a generator from the company. I am very happy with the service of this company and would highly recommend them.

I had my HVAC unit replaced, and the guys did an awesome job. From the rep to the install everything went smooth with zero stress. Price was affordable and fair as well. Appreciate the work.

Great service. All there techs are top notch and definitely know what they are doing. I have had them replace my furnace, replace my aircondioning unit and service the units and I have not had any issues, I would definitely recommend to friends and family

I had an NJR tech service my hot water heater due to the pilot light going out periodically. He did a thorough job, but I especially like that he patiently educated me about the problem and things I can do to prolong the life of the unit. I wish I had kept the service ticket so I could thank him by name in this review.

Joe Davis was an exceptional technician. He definitely knew what the problem was and fixed my heater immediately. We've had numerous contractors do work on various jobs at our home but none like Joe. Joe was personable, knowledgeable and just a genuine great guy!

Patrick came to fix my hot water heater and furnace within 2 hours of calling. Everything was covered under our comfort plan. Outstanding service, highly recommended!

I needed my water heater replaced. I contacted NJR Services on a Sunday and was given an appointment for Tuesday. The technicians arrived promptly and efficiently completed the installation of my new water heater. They were professional and courteous. The work area was left neat and clean. I definitely recommend NJR Services and will be contacting this company again for my future needs.

It was a pleasure having this service. Had no heat they showed up the next day, as arranged, the technician Mike was very professional explaining everything as he went along. Had everything he needed with him. I'm very happy with there service and the people I've dealt with.

I just signed up with NJR home services due to my furnace that suddenly stopped. Rob was excellent and courteous. He came over to my house, very professional and immediately fixed my furnace in no time for this winter. He educated me on the furnace and what to do to maintain to last longer efficiently. I’m glad I signed up with NJR and I’m glad Rob was assigned in this community.

Great service and extremely professional. The tech figured it out in seconds after looking at the furnace. I have heat again. He also recommended some things to check on yearly as preventive maintenance.

Well done installing the new HVAC , for sure being a new unit heated the house much quicker when it was test run ,as well for the AC test run , looking forward to summer season for a true run of the AC for now all is well. Excellent technicians explained what I needed to know about the new unit,and answered a few technical questions I had ,great job.
