I went to famous to get back to school shoes and the store associate, Brea, was so friendly and helpful. She got all the feet measured and found all the children I had the shoes that made them happy. I was so pleased with the store and how helpful she was. We will Definitely be back for more shoes!

I scored today with a pair of blowfish boots and a pair of life stride boots. Off season but at really crazy good clearance, just too sweet to pass up the deal. The selection and sizes are decent in the store and you can shop without any grinding high pressure sales people coming at you. That's a plus in my book.

Crew was polite and helpful and didn't bother me like at some other shoe dealers. 😒

Denise was the associate who helped me from beginning to end and she did a fabulous job. It's rare that I do reviews but feel extra need becuase it was that great of service.
I have worked in customer service for many years myself and she just had so much knowledge about every brand and answered all of my questions. She offered me socks after I told her I am NOT a 'sock person' because I just don't like the material of most and the ones I've owned in the past fall into my shoes. . I came out with 3 pairs of shoes, 2 packs of socks, and a much better understanding of the rewards program which I will now be more adamant about using. She was phenomenal. Please recognize her as a stand up associate because I left that store an extremely happy customer.

Had an excellent experience here. Generally, I'm not a fan of salespersons assisting me while shopping. However, the individual here was a tremendous help. He didn't push the more expensive brands. His main goal was to help me find the best shoe possible for my needs and even recommended different insoles until we hit the perfect shoe combination. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Went in and quickly compared a pair of flip flops with the neighboring store. The pair I chose was nearly $20 cheaper at Famous Footwear. No brainer!!

Selection was plentiful, as always and staff was friendly, helpful & professional. I will continue to shop there.
