BBQ chicken pizza...yum!!! Service was so fast!! Rashad delivered my pizza only 24 minutes after I placed my order!! Insane! Amazing place! Probably due to employees like him!!

So uhhhh. I accidentally ordered the same half and half pizza twice. The delivery driver was super professional. He was like, "Here is your pizza sir", with a straight face. 10/10.

Hands down, the best Pizza Hut our family has ever been to. Always consistently good, no shortage of toppings, and well made. Great work, Alexandria Pizza Hut! Keep it up!

Nothing wrong with the the place or people working there. It's the person that answers the phone. More than once I've had problems with messed up orders and locations for pick up. Might work better if you weren't calling someone that barely speaks English. Maybe an option to call the actual store making the pizza.

We have ordered through them everytime were in the area. Always delivered withing 35 mins. The fellow today was awesome! Wish I caught his name tag. Thanked me for the tip which I put on our card instead of cash, which I know isn't ideal. He said I seen you were in the hotel so I brought plates, napkins. And utensils! Awesome service and super timely!!! My kids and I thank you a million!

I would like to make it known the employee Tabitha rutten was extremely helpful when I came in to pick up my order. She was smiley and fun. Also explained my debit card receipt to me very well when I had a question! I give pizza hut a 10 put of 10. Highly recommend for the customer service at this location.

I ordered one pepperoni and one veggie lovers. It tasted amazing! My family really enjoyed it. The only things that were kinda off were; no season on the crust- pretty dry and it was a little over a half hour late. However they just opened for business so patience would be appreciated. I met the manager and he is very nice and professional. My pizza was late because they had no driver which is to be expect for there first day or two. My pizza was a little off probably because there are people learning a new job. Be patient and kind everyone.

Ordering via phone was pleasant. Nice, calm person who answered my questions. Pizzas were done on time. Piping hot. Excellent pies!! Can't wait to go back!!

After reading other reviews, we decided to try ordering in person for carry out. The lady taking our order was very friendly. It took about 20 minutes for us to receive our order, and it was worth the wait. While waiting we noticed how well the staff seemed to get along. Seemed like a fun work environment. While waiting a few cars came to the pick up window as well and the employees were very quick to answer and hand the customers their order.

I had the pasta with meat sauce. I was highly impressed. I am half Italian and seldom find a good pasta dish outside of home. This dish had excellent sauce; thick, meaty with just a hint of spice. The noodles were perfectly cooked. I'm not sure if these come frozen or what but very good. The staff was very accommodating. The young man that took my order was new and was very polite as was the manager.

Viola took my order over the phone. Super friendly, and kind. Pulled up to the window and our order wasnt ready yet but we were early. We paid and parked to wait. Less than 5 minutes later she brought it out to our car. Fresh, hot and very good. Viola was so nice! Great experience and will be back!

Worked for this place for about 4 months. I'm a seasonal Minnesota worker so I go down south for the winters. Very good staff of very hard workers here. One of the best places I've worked here in Minnesota simply due to the Staff. Obviously it's Pizza Hut so the food is fantastic. But the experience of going into this place is worth the trip. Highly recommend eating at this location!

Super friendly staff! Put on hold for a short time but apologized for the delay and took order promptly. Made suggestions that were very helpful and got two coupons to boot. Order was ready when promised. This is the Pizza Hut pizza I missed for so long!!! Glad to see it back in town.

Ordered for the first time online. No problems! I just wish it had been a faster delivery we had to wait 78-88 minutes.

Food is ready fast, and always tastes as good as I expect it to when I want pizza!

I did an online order from a local hotel, they had it ready in no time, hot and waiting at the front counter! Incredible scenery at the front counter as well, Dakota was wonderful! The food was great, no complaints at all, would definitely come again!

Currently waiting for my food. Watching how the manager interacts with her crew and customers puts a smile on my face. It’s infectious.
