There was more than Apple parking available when I was there today there was one diesel pump that was out but the rest were clean and available. They always have showers available and they have a Subway inside the plaza center the staff that I met has always been awesome every time I'm there!

Not a bad pilot to stop at. Usually always some parking spots available until pretty late. Many showers available. So not a long wait. There’s a subway and also a truck mechanic shop connected to the building so if you need an oil change or repairs done here, your in luck I guess.

The staff at this gas station is very nice and friendly, keep it up girls

The workers Gage and Valerie helped us out with what we needed and was very nice i will definitely be coming back the costumer service was a great

This is one of the cleanest Pilot's that I have visited. I was greeted the moment that I stepped in the door from the cashier that was ringing up a customer at the time. The bathroom was nice and clean. I stopped at Subway for a sandwich and the original sandwich artist that was working the counter had 3 customers waiting in line. She was making a sandwich for a customer but she was totally engaged in a personal conversation with him about their inconveniences of being put out of their homes. Finally "Summer" stepped out from the back to assist and was able to complete 3 additional orders before the other girl finished her conversation. KUDOS to Summer for saving the day.

Got there with my truck at 8:00 pm and all the remaining parking was marked as reserved on the ground. I went inside to pay, the lady at the counter asked me If I parked in the middle or in the back, I said middle, she informed it was free, they have changed the policy and the prime parking was only in the back. I thought it was very nice of her. I have seen other Pilots not so honest.
Moreover, the parking was clean, lots of space to maneuver, very friendly employees and clean bathrooms.

Great stopping place. Subway. Coffee and more. Always clean. Showers are new and clean.

The nicest truck stop/gas station I have ever been too.

Got caught there in the storm yesterday. Though I don't know his name, the gentleman with the beard & ear piercing took an immediate leadership role and started giving direction to shoppers & secured the store. He remained calm and comforting to everyone who was caught there as well. I would like his higher ups to document this behavior & him be recognized for his amazing leadership during an extremely chaotic night.

I just want to say that their employee “Traci” is amazing!! Called and asked if they still had pizza up by the counter and they did not. But, she cooked a whole one and let me buy one!!! Very appreciated. Means a lot to me. Very amazing place :))

The staff at the Alexandria Pilot were extremely accommodating and helpful with my out of the ordinary needs. They went above and beyond. Will definitely make this location one of my regular stops.

Went in middle of the night for some food. Ended up having a fantastic experience with the overnight worker Patrice. She was very helpful as well as very busy keeping her free time full with cleaning up. Keep doing a great job for those customers of yours Patrice!!!!

This place had a lot of food items/options. It's a really good place to stop while traveling. Clean restrooms, gift shop, small a la carte section, and lots of snack options. Also had the best cinnabon rolls! It's a must stop if you are traveling! Even had prices that seemed to be a bit lower from the norm.

Temperature was very comfortable considering it was only 4 degrees outside.
Personnel were very cordial and humorous, even the managers displayed a great since of humor.
One of the better all around Pilots.

Clean and friendly staff. Our subway breakfast sandwich was great and the girl that fixed it was very pleasant. Fresh coffee and the young men working the counter were very nice.

I like this location, the staff are friendly and the truck parking is big enough for many trucks to park. Not very crowded. Nice and quiet.

Valerie and Colleen are the best workers here made me feel like a 100 bucks. They are very friendly, nice And awesome customer service They deserve a raise

Was traveling through. Stopped for a bathroom break and coffee. Bathroom was clean and accessible. Got a large cup of coffee & brought it to the counter. The female clerk asked if coffee was all I had. I said Yes & she said it was free today, the coffee was on her! Made my day!
