Son going on an 8th grade trip with his school in May and they are using Kelly Transpo. I had an issue with paying for trip online and called to speak with someone and the issue was resolved over the phone in a timely manner. Able to pay monthly and it's great. No issues since then so it's very much appreciated.

I had the privilege of using Coastal Georgia Trailways bus line for a 5 day trip with our student ministries for a conference in Atlanta. I was truly blown away by the quality of the bus and amenities. But our driver was amazing! He was on time to every pick-up location and worked hard to ensure everything went great! Thank you for an awesome experience. I will be putting in my request very shortly for next years trip!!!

Wonderful experience from inquiry through returning from the trip. I have traveled with Coastal Georgia Trailways several times now and the buses are always clean, drivers are always wonderful. This trip I planned from beginning to end and had the same tremendous experience. Mrs. Speight with reservations was patient and very helpful with all aspects of the reservation process.
When we were ready for our trip the buses were on time and came to the right location. Mr. Jimmy and Mr. Matthew were both well informed of our itinerary. They were very helpful throughout the trip, especially Mr. Jimmy.
We even had a child leave an item behind on the bus and Mrs. Speight went above and beyond to make sure the item was returned.

Great experience! Mr. Paul is an excellent driver and was wonderful to work with - he truly knows how to work with a large group of teens and adults. All of the planning was painless and simple - if I ever have need buses, I will certainly use them!

My daughter had a school trip canceled due to COVID-19. The school requested refunds to the parents. After over a month of waiting I finally received my refund minus 24.00. I understand that this is a non-refundable fee. But this trip was canceled at no fault of the parents. This isn’t a great way to show that you care about your customers by taking money away from them due to no fault of their own. If the school uses this company again for a field trip my child won’t be attending. Because i won’t give my money to this company ever again.

Bus number 1937 has a very rude driver who is inconsiderate of its clients other paratransit drivers he decided to block accessibility ramp to get out and conversate with a second vehicle while his client is standing there and then he waiting to be boarded and I waited to pick up my client until he decided to finish conversation.
