Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arcadia, an IHG Hotel

Decent stay and the only chain hotel we book in the area. Beds are VERY comfortable and rooms are spacious. Perfect location for Arcadia DeSoto County. Breakfast was good.

They had biscuits and gravy every other day, and I loved the lady that made them, taught me a recipe for a breakfast pizza that I made at home and it was amazing! I loved my stay there!

I stayed here 2 nights and it was great. Free big parking lot. Right in town Next to minutes from everything. Including neighbor Walmart, and a couple restaurants. Nice staff, great rooms, really good breakfast.

this was a nice hotel and i loved it they was very nice and the room was nice to and the pool my daughter loved the pool and it was. i will be going back soon

Kevin checked me in and out of this location. He was very pleasant. I stayed here because it was less than an hour away from my Spartan race. I was not too happy with the room. It smelled like mildew. The tub had a leak and the outlet by the door was loose which prevented my charger from staying in. Other than that, the room did appear clean. The proximity to food and Walmart was great. The complimentary breakfast great as well. French vanilla coffee was delicious. The pool was cold but great. Not a fan of the location of the pool (by the parking lot). I used their gym facility. It was small. The treadmill needs to be updated because it's rusty. Regardless of the smell in the room, I would stay here again.

Stayed here several times this summer conducting business. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would recommend to stay here.

The staff is super both day and night staff. Anything needed or question they were right there to help. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Will stay here again on our next trip. Hold facility was nice and we’ll keep

The staff that I met at the holiday inn express and suites in Arcadia, FL was outstanding. They made me feel welcome from the very first person I met. The room was clean and inviting. The free morning breakfast was very tasty and satisfying. I give my experience at this facility "A+" and would recommend it to anyone who visit the area.

Exactly what we needed after a long drive. Bed was comfortable. Room was super clean. Breakfast the next morning was good for a hotel Breakfast during covid. Props to Amy at the front desk who was super friendly on the phone and extra helpful when arrived at almost midnight after driving all day.

If you are staying in the area, I would definitely recommend here. The rooms were clean and large enough to have a seating area, a TV/ bureau with a mini fridge underneath, along with a desk. We had a king sized bed that was very comfortable. The room was a bit damp when we got there. But there was a dehumidifier behind one of the cushioned chairs that helped improve the situation. Very pleasant staff.

It’s an older hotel, but looks like they’ve remodeled. It was nice, nothing too fancy, but no complaints! Front desk was very helpful when checking in.
We used the fitness room. Everything was clean and I’m working condition! Did not use the pool, but it was open!

Freshly renovated. The rooms are very nicely appointed and the staff was super friendly. I locked myself out of my room and they got me a new card with no fuss. Good parking and has a Walmart nearby of you have a RV.

This is one nice and very helpful motel. Even with Covid where other motel are using this for an excuse not to feed you breakfast , but won't lower there room price to compensate you , this motel is an exception they have scrambled egg , sausage , bacon , sometimes ,biscuit and gravy, milk , juices , containers of oatmeal , and you can make your own pancakes. They are always cleaning , if I could live here I would

The hotel is clean as well as my room, very quiet and comfortable. Customer service excellent as well. I hate working out of town but staying here made everything easier.

Excellent place to stay. Hotel conveniently located next to Walmart and Publix. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and check in/check out process easy. Tom, who was working front desk, was super friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Not the best of circumstances for my visit however the staff was so beyond amazing. The service was great and was way above my expectations. The two ladies at the counter are truly great examples of amazing customer service.

Clean, friendly staff, great AC! Only downsides are that the parking lot is a bit small and the work out room doesn't have free weights, but I am not going to discount for that. Overall, it's the best hotel in Arcadia.
