Everyone walks into a dealership, nervous, but Sharon was able to give me great customer service, listen to my needs and concerns, and suggest a car and financing that worked for me. They matched another dealership’s price and They even gave me more than what I thought for my trade in.

The Staff was genuinely helpful, friendly, and professional. The high point on my experience was when my mechanic entered the customer waiting area and showed me that my air filter didnt need replacing as I had requested. It was a little thing but showed me that the mechanic and the dealership had integrity. I’ll be back when I need more service because of that simple act….

This was my first experience at this particular Chevy dealer. I brought my car in just for an oil change and when dealing with the staff, they were very professional, kind and courteous. My car was in and out in less than an hour. I will be bringing my car to this dealership every time I need service, all the other dealers I have gone to have taken no less than 2 1/2 hours to just complete an oil change. I recently called with an urgent request for repair for my Mom’s vehicle. In the middle of torrential downpour, the window in her car would not go up.

The team allowed me to bring the car in right away and put it inside out of the weather. They determined what needed to be done, ordered parts, and installed them the next day.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I called right before closing to inquire about a new Z06 Corvette and I had alot of questions, which they answered them all. I was in distress because my car would not go into park. I called Josh in a panic, and he gave me an appointment for that day. I couldn’t do anything with the car, so I went to the shop early. Josh happily took the car then. I was informed as to what was going to be done and I waited in the waiting room while they tested it. It turned out to be a GM problem so I was told what was going to be done. I left the car and a day before it was supposed to be done, Josh called saying it was finished. I then went in to pick it up.

Josh and another man, whose name I don’t know, but he was interviewing someone when I came in, were most accommodating. The other man even offered to drive me home, but I had a ride coming. I thought that was very nice. Josh was very pleasant and helpful the entire time the car was there. I was given updates and kept abreast of the situation. It was a good experience! I thank those two men profusely.

I was a little frustrated after having to wait so long for the part, which is not the dealership’s fault, however they called as soon as it came in and got me in right away. I was concerned about having a loaner during the time they would have my car as the sole transportation in my house where I not only work but care for family members and Corey was quick to arrange transportation for me while they completed the work. I dealt with both Corey and Josh while dropping off and picking up my truck and both were extremely friendly, helpful and able to answer all my questions. Needed tire replacement. I had tire warranty but not sure if covered. Service agent did all the work of finding information and follow through with filing. Work was done without any problems.
