I am overall happy with Badcock. Diana has been store manager for many years and does an excellent job at being available and active with customers. I am a returning customer and my experience and interaction with the staff was and has always been great. When I first moved to Arcadia a few months back we were looking for a new couch. The woman who worked there was very knowledgeable and kind and told us about Arcadia since we were new. We didn't find exactly what we were looki g for but they had many options and you are able to order anything there. I would go back anytime.

Badcock Home Furniture was easy to find. It is right on 70 west beside the habitat for humanity restore. The inside of the store was decorated real nice. They had a lot of not only furniture but electronics and more. The staff was friendly and knowedgable. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Delivery drivers are kind and generous help with whatever you need. Very gentle with the furniture and very informative too, really know how to show us how to use the appliances.

This is the best location anywhere for all your house hold needs... fabulous sales during any And all holidays!! most of the furniture in our house is from here, The delivery and set up as always done by the most kind and professional staff/team

Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. They did not have exactly what we were looking for, recliners , Brittney ordered in two floor samples, they arrived in 2 days , we received a call from her that morning to let us know the truck was behind schedule and would let us know in the afternoon when it arrived, she did we went to the store the next day chose them both , and they delivered them to our home 30 miles away in less than 2 hours. In this time where poor customer service us the norm, Badcock in arcadia Definately has left that idea behind. Looking for furniture in Charlotte or Desoto County check this store first.
