Beautiful place. Nice Kayak. People were respectful. There is a kayak rental right on the water. Open till 4 I think.

If your looking for a good spot to drop your trailer.. this is it. There is a concrete slab running north from the center light pole. That's for your landing gear. Also a great place to launch your kayak

I love going fishing here with the family. Great place to take them fishing and teach the little ones how to fish. Lots of different types of fish run through here all the time.

Nice kayak and boat launch at the park. Clean and well kept grounds. A kayak rental shop is located at the park as well, where you can also purchase refreshments for the day.

Ample room to fish from shore if you would like to do so. Porta potty also by the launch.

Good spot for shore fishing, picnic benches near the water. Boat launch and kayak launch. Usually not busy and plenty of parking.

Lots of parking close to the kayak launch. Pelicans, g.b. herons, a kingfisher, immature bald eagle, and more wildlife spotted on a quiet paddle upstream.
