Such a great staff. Friendly, nice and understanding. My builders have been messing up left and right and Gracie and Jessica Childers have been so patient and understanding with me. I can't thank y'all enough.

Great office personnel, very efficient and polite, despite fast pace environment. I have dealt with many building jurisdictions, and this one is tops. From the secretary, all the way to chief building officer.

Permitting process was smooth. Had zero problems communicating with permitting staff. They were helpful and customer service oriented.

Permit process going very slow apparently only 1 person does permits and deals with insurance. Holding up projects. Need to speed it up. Very aggravated.
