David Bryant, PA, is awesome. He really cares about his patients. He is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain everything to you and go over treatment options.
The staff members at the Yulee office are the best of the best. They are also kind and patient and know what they're doing.

They get you in and out fast. Dr. Doll is great. Rhonda with customer service went above and beyond to get me some information. Worth more than 5 stars.

David Bryant, PA is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. I have arthritis and torn meniscus in both of my knees.  David is a great listener and explains everything well so that I feel comfortable with the treatments he is providing.  David treated my knees with anesthetic injections to relieve pain and enable more mobility. I highly recommend David.

Rob Fox is a true blessing in helping manage my neck and shoulder pain. His trigger injections always hit the mark. He is kind and caring.
Dr Miller treats my S.i. joint injections. He is quick and gets it done right.
Dr Loch is very professional and caring. He is currently helping me with a slipped disk.

Dr Loch is amazing. He not only is a great doctor but has a wonderful bed side manor. He is kind and compassionate and really listens. I never felt rushed at my appointments and he is always concerned about my well being and has helped me so much with my pain. I wish there were more doctors like him.

Dr Loch and Keith are great. They listen to your concerns about your pain and come up with a plan to deal with the pain. The staff is always so nice to talk to and you are never rushed. Thank you for your care.

I have been a patient there for almost a year. I'm always greeted promptly by the staff upon entering. My wait time is always minimal. My purpose for visiting the office is the treatment Regnexx. Dr. Eli Loch is my attending physician. He is a great doctor. I can tell he is interested in my problem. He takes the necessary time to answer my questions. I( feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Loch and the staff. I would highly recommend this Center.

I was sent to Dr. Loch in 2019 for pain management. He has a wonderful staff that is always on top of referrals and sending records when I have needed. I have never felt rushed in my appointments and always know that Dr. Loch wants to help me get answers for my condition so that I can get back to fully functional again.

I have worked with Dr Gooding and Dr Miller. They are both great! While I hope I never need to see them again, I know that this is where I would go if I did need their help. The atmosphere is great! The staff are all wonderful people! They genuinely care and they have a heart for their patients and for what they do.

Caring and efficient practice. Having worked as a Registered Nurse in a Spine and Pain practice in Atlanta for over 15 years, I was so fortunate to have found this group of practitioners in the Yulee/Fernandina Beach area. The front office, Medical assistants, PA’s and Physicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have recommended this group to many people.
