El Rincon LLC

This place has been a favorite for years! The servers are so friendly and the food is delicious! I love their burgers and the free chips, salsa, and beans are hard to stop eating. I moved out of state and this place is one of the biggest things I miss. No complaints!

I brought my family here after a long day of driving the food was very good, and we are from Southern California where Mexican food is bountiful. They also had easy stuff for my kids like hamburgers and tater tots. The family that runs the place is super nice!

This is really good. It totally surprised me for Ashton, Idaho. I'd totally come back.

Update: We came back the next night and we really enjoyed it. This is a hidden gem and is totally worth a stop. Steak enchiladas are excellent.

We came in late, about a half hour before closing. I hate to be that person but also we were STARVING and time management doesn't seem to be our strong suit. Despite the late arrival, service was friendly, food was great. Thanks so much!

A great place to get a bite to eat and chat with friends or family. Good fun, great atmosphere.

Food portions were huge. Very tasty food.

We stopped in here last week 15 min from closing time, and we had a pretty big group. We were meeting son's girlfriend's parents for the first time and we were late getting into town. I felt bad, but the people running the store took us in and fed us a great meal. They are right in downtown Ashton. The food was great!!! We will definitely be back when we have more time!!

The only thing I would improve is some ambient Mexican music playing in the background. Tacos al carbón with fried pork is what I ordered this time. It's very tasty! The spices aren't overpowered and they provide salsas to enhance the spice level.

Stopped here during a historic sites tour from Jackson, WY to Missoula, MT. Excellent food, great service and location. Ordered a jalapeño cheeseburger, chicken enchilada and a kids burrito.

The place doesn't look like much, but the food is excellent, and the service as well! Happy & cheerful!

Delicious food. They had fry sauce. I have not seen fry sauce in decades. Second time I have been here, and I highly recommend it.

I was visiting Henrys Fork to float the river with my husband and we stopped here for dinner. The food was amazing! Chili relleno was delicious! The portions were good sized. The service was wonderful and they were fast! The owners/staff were so friendly. My husband had stopped here before but I know I’m sometimes hesitant to try a new mexican restaurant. You can rest assured that the food is excellent!

Eleven people are difficult to seat without a reservation but the staff at El Rincon LLC did a great job. The food met and even exceeded our expectations.

Saw a picture of their tater tots on Google maps online menu and they looked tasty. So I popped in for a snack, and they were amazing! Crispy and lightly crunchy on the outside, not burnt, not soggy, beautiful golden brown... hands down some of the best tots I've ever had. Their chips and salsa were fantastic too.

WOW! I was so impressed with this place. Our service was friendly and the food was incredible! After reading reviews I knew it was going to be good, but it surpassed all expectations. It was fresh and the salsa was one of the best I have had. Eat here!!

This place was an unexpected surprise. Genuinely tasty Mexican food. The tamal was passably good, but the shredded beef enchilada was excellent and the carnitas outstanding. Chips & salsa were accompanied by creamy refried beans...a great start.

Best Mexican restaurant in town. Freshly made food. Local, family owned business.
