Many people ask me what is the surplus sale. I will say it's like a big garage sale from all Iowa State departments. I love going there for all the surplused technology, they sell some solid computers for a great price. Though keep in mind they are open to the public only on Wednesdays. Also, every week they get new inventory, so predicting what they sell is not defined. It is just what ever the departments drop off

The weekly sale cannot be missed. The variety, very reasonable prices and helpful staff are well worth the visit.
