This food was so good. First off, there's no sign on the door, so go by the pictures google gives you and have some faith.

Service was excellent, everyone was very kind and quick to get us what we needed. My husband and son had the acp ("arroz con pollo", or rice and chicken). My husband got all the vegetables and stuff that comes with it, including flour tortillas, my son got the basic version and they were both very happy. I got the carne asada with corn tortillas, everything was well made and seasoned perfectly. Chips and salsa were made with a love that will haunt me. For dessert, we enjoyed the churros with ice cream & it was so good we forgot it was cold outside.

Ambiance was nice, they played good music even though I didn't understand what was being sung.

Amazing Mexican food. We are regulars and typically do takeout. Everything we’ve had looks and tastes homemade. Highly recommend their spicy red and green sauces if you like some kick.

Food was great and the waitress was very sweet and very attentive! I had the fajita burrito and it was HUGE! Definitely worth the money! Valentines day they had it all decorated! So cute!

First trip since it opened. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The menu has a wide verity on it. Currently they are waiting on their license so no beer yet. We both loved the food. It was served hot and quickly. I can highly recommend this place. We will be returning.

This was THE BEST Mexican food I’ve had in the state of North Carolina. The tortillas were not just out of the bag. All the food had so much flavor. The red enchilada sauce with the beef was like a Mexican lasagna. I took the picture after making 2 fajitas. A lot of good! I was born and raised in Texas and am generally disappointed with Mexican food in NC. Not this place! I will for sure be back.

Best Mexican food around town thus far.

Good tasting good for a reasonable price. Service staff was friendly and take care of your needs. They were packed when I got there and the service was a little slow but they just opened up a few days ago so I am sure they are just going through some growing pains.

The waitress was excellent. She greeted us as we came in. She kept checking on us to see if there was anything that we needed. Other patrons we friendly and so nice. The only negative thing was the music was a bit too loud. My mother-in-law couldn't hear anything I said across the table. I loved the actual music it was just a bit too loud. Their food was more traditional and I love that. I grew up with my half-Portuguese/half-Native Hawaiian grandmother. She taught me so many wonderful recipes. Many of the flavors in her cooking are close to traditional Hispanic foods and spices. This is a wonderful place to eat.

My wife likes Mexican food a little but she is very picky. And she loved this place and I really liked mine as well

The best Mexican food I have had in awhile, and the best around here. I got the chicken enchiladas.. they were great. Definitely will be going back, hope the rest of the menu is this good.

We needed a place to host the rehearsal dinner for my daughter and her fiance. Not only did they accommodate us but they decorated, made a special sign and just made it a lovely evening. The service and the food were top notch! I could not recommend them more.

We have tried other Mexican food in the area, but were ready to try something closer. The restaurant staff, food and service were phenomenal! Very authentic cuisine, but still offers cheese dip which is a must for our family. I asked for the recipe of one of the THREE salsas offered and the owner sent me out with a jar. We have found our Mexican restaurant!

Have been enjoying Mexican food for over 40 years. This was some of the best I've ever had. My wife said it was best she's ever had. Friendly and very helpful waiter. For a bonus we hand a Mariachi entertaining us all. Very clean and super delicious with a awesome menu and very good prices. Definitely will be back.

It was a beautiful day and our waitress, Diana, asked if we wanted to eat out on the patio. As we walked through the restaurant I noticed how clean and bright everything looked. Diana went above and beyond to take our orders in an efficient manner and make us feel welcome and comfortable. Large variety of menu items and food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Their Al Pastor with pineapple is so so good. Enjoy their Pina Colada as well

Super lunch stop. Easy parking, affordable food, fast service.

Ate on the patio Sunday afternoon. Food was very good, tasty and fresh. The service even better, friendly and attentive. Yes, inside you can tell that this former movie theater has been closed up way too long and needs a good airing, maybe a professional ozone treatment. The flies were too much in evidence on the patio...some farm fly bait strategically placed around the perimeter of the patio early in the day would take care of that. Constraints of the building's aging plumbing mean that waste paper containers are needed inside each bathroom stall.

Called an order for pickup. It was ready on-time and everything ordered was included. I moved from Texas years ago, and have not had as good of Mexican cuisine since, until eating at Delicias tonight! Great flavors, authentic tortillas, and good Horchata! I will definitely be back there soon, and often.
