McDonald's

This location seems to always struggle with being short-staffed. I have been through the drive-through twice recently and both times an incredible young man was leading this McDonald's team. I noticed this young man was taking the orders on the headset, taking the money, and helping prepare the orders. He was so kind, cheerful, prompt, cool-headed, able, and a good leader. Service was fast, and the food was fresh and hot!! I had to ask him his name. His name is Quinten. I hope they pay him well. He is making a big impact at this location!

Much better service and accuracy today. Drive thru line backed up to the door during lunch. The employees did a great job keeping the line moving. My order was accurate and hot. Great job to you all. 12/6/23

The food was cooked to how it should of been but I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and no one ever talked. I spoke several times and no response. I pulled around and went inside and they were plenty of staff to handle the customer number. The workers were mumbling under the breath while handing the food out saying "sorry our manager is a bit**". The order was correct.

I work late into the evenings and will often find myself grabbing some McDonalds for dinner! I just moved to the area and normally you get what you get at night aka cold fries, etc… As my new frequented McDonald’s I’m so thankful! I’ve received hot food all around and have experience a very friendly staff! You guys are doing amazing and I deeply appreciate your efforts.

Young man in a blue shirt, I believe his name is Michael... what a wonderful and professional young man. He interacts so well with his customers. I really appreciated his help and professionalism. I hope his superior recognizes him as an asset.

Stopped in last night after a long day swimming with my grandbabies. Staff was super friendly and food was great!
I also witnessed some amazing customer service to other patrons while we were there. To the young lady who got my granddaughter her ice cream, we thank you!

Lacey and Precious are wonderful. Both two positive and hard workers. Your efforts are greatly appreciated, and y’all are the reason this McDonalds is the best in the area.

It's just McDonald's as far as food goes. I go there just to get a quick coffee, and expresso a lot of mornings. There's a lady with a Northern maybe NY accent who gets me my coffee, etc. She's always really nice, and you can tell she cares about taking care of everyone she's dealing with. She makes my mornings better every time she's there, and just a nice human being.

Everyone was great except the food was cold.

A year ago I gave this McDonald's one star and it was well deserved. However a year later and a new employee has made all the difference. Ever since the curly red haired started running the drive thru ordering and payment things seem to just move!! It could be the whole staff as a whole but her face always sticks out when it's an enjoyable visit!!

Their hot fudge sundaes have a way of taking the edge off a rough day! But even more is the sweet young lady who took my order this day...even though I hadn't been here for several months, still she recognized me by voice as she always has. I only regret I haven't gotten her name...because every interaction with her has been a joy and such kind people as her who put the extra effort into personalizing a customer's experience has become a rarity and even more valued!

I have to give them props when I was there they were spot on. I pulled up to drive thru and 3 cars wes ahead of me. I was driving off within 7 minutes with food in hand. Best experience I've had in a long time at McDonald's. Thanks to the whole crew.

Very clean and modern / updated interior. The staff was friendly and outstanding. It is nothing personal against this McDonald's location, but I miss the days when the customer could place an order at the counter and speak with a human. Kiosk ordering on a touch screen is dirty.

People were very friendly and a nice lady was very helpful in helping us place our order. There was a mistake with our order when they brought it to our table but they apologized and quickly rectified it. After we finished our meal we decided to order the new brownie turtle ice cream sundaes (highly recommend) and the young lady who made them did a fabulous job! So very tasty we ate everything! This restaurant location and staff are outstanding!

This goes out to the woman working the drive thru window today! The tea was phenominal today thanks for helpin me out when a different location (not going to specify) gave me slightly sour unsweet tea earlier today. If the food i ordered were for me also id guarantee its better too! Keep it up

i was having a bad day today, and i went to this mcdonalds while crying. the lady that took my order was so incredibly sweet, and she ended up paying for my food. if you see this (lady working the first window), THANK YOU. you’re an angel. you made my night infinitely better.

I must admit that I was totally surprised by our service today. At all points in the drive thru each person was pleasant and efficient. Very good experience. 👍.

I come here every week to get my ice coffee, frappe and chicken biscuits. Love the staff but don't know her name. She's there every time I come through. Very nice staff and no problems. Early morning shifts crew. Awesome. 5am.
