Kudos to Nancy in the pharmacy who helped me save $100 by informing me that my insurance might cover the COVID tests I intended to purchase. She went above and beyond to help me when she didn’t have to and I appreciate that more than she probably knows. True customer service and genuine kindness. Indubitably 5 stars. Thank you, Nancy!

Big thanks to the incredibly kind pharmacist who helped me get my disabled Dad vaccinated today. He was amazingly helpful.

Never have any issues in person at this pharmacy. Everyone always very very friendly that I have dealt with the last 4 years here on island.... Not always the case over the phone, but as someone who's worked with Walgreens in the past, the verbal abuse pharmacist and pharm techs can endure for insurance issues (that they have very little to no control over), can be flat out aggressive and personal to straight up name-calling... So that being said I'll give them the stars. They earn them.

Rest of the store ok too... nothing to note great or terrible. Sometimes understaffed with long lines but nothing different than any other pharmacy store on island.

I had been waiting for two days to get a Rx from a tele doctor appt. I kept calling to see if the script was there. A lady named Kim kept answering the phone. She told me that she would be there all weekend and watch for it to come it, and as soon as she saw it she would get it ready for me. Well, she did just that! I so appreciated what she did for me. Thanks Kim!

Bo the Pharmacist was super helpful. We arrived late to find that the Pharmacy was closed. We asked Bo if he could help us as we needed some prescriptions filled that evening. He was kind enough listen to our needs and we were taken care of ina very professional matter. Thank you Bo and CVS. #phillips

This CVS is huge! It's also open 24-hours, which I find baffling seeing this area is pretty much a sleepy beach town. From sunscreen to wine, toothpaste to penicillin, they've got it. We didn't need assistance but the employee who checked us out was friendly. Great option for last minute needs. #AmeliaIsland

Always fast, nice customer service ..Been using CVS pharmacy and only CVS for many many years and don't plan on changing unless a traumatic decline in there services happened..Which will be never 🤪

What's not to like? They work with every doctor imaginable. The have a nationwide data base. They're very easy to get to. And the pharmacy staff is bloody awesome!

I deal with this store and the CVS in Litchfield, CT. The folks in the Fernandina pharmacy dept. are so much nicer and more helpful, it’s unbelievable. Keep up the good work.

They have a great staff and very helpful Pharmacy team. This location is always clean and well stocked. They even have a Redbox outside.

My Favorite Pharmacy to visit! If you need a Pharmacy. I personally feel the Pharmacy staff are terrific.

My flu shot today was done so quick. Unbelievably perfect from web site to shot in arm.

Had what we needed and prices weren’t touristy inflated.
