Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

We are first time clients of Jackson Hewitt. We had the closing of a home and had a business that we closed in 2022. So our return was complex. We initially met with Josh at the Walmart office who then made an appointment at the Fernandina Beach, FL office locared in the AMC parking lot with Cassandra and Marty. We were very impressed with all 3. They were very thorough and professional, as well as personable. They helped us find and complete items that we had not thought of. We are very pleased. with the results and would highly recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone looking for help in completing their tax return. We feel fortunate because we just moved here in 2022 and didn't know who to trust.

After a highly unpleasant experience last year with H&R Block, Yulee, I decided to try Jackson Hewitt this year. I was very pleasantly surprised by the professional service I received there. My taxes were prepared by Christina, who made me feel welcome and clearly knew her stuff. I will definitely be returning next year and highly recommend them to all who want competent, friendly service.

I have been using Jackson Hewitt for years and love the ladies up there at the Yulee facility by Winn Dixie. They have always been polite, knowledgeable and get my taxes done in a timely manner with no issues or errors. This year I waited until the last minute and was able to get in on Easter to file!! Little tip...don't wait that long it costs more money to file. 😳🥴

Mrs Jo Ann is amazing! We have had our taxes filed with her for several years and have never had an issue. She runs ontime for appts, she is very friendly, and very efficient! Having the taxes filed isnt such a grueling experience when you have Mrs Jo Ann to help!

No sooner than I came through the door on a first time visit a woman came over smiling and immefiately told/asked me to sign in. There were 8 people ahead of me, but these two women were done with seven in 14 minutes. Marty was my agent and had my taxes finished inside of 15 minutes. In total, no appointment, I was in and outwith finished taxes in under r0 minutes. They gave me coffee and three donuts that were delicious. There bathrooms were thevckeanest I've seen in about 3 months since my stay at the Hyatt.
I've already told three people they are way more than expected and they agree as all got done in under an hour including my cousin who has a veterinary clinic.
I'm definite going back and sending my friends there. I usually don't participate in reviews and I got this review two days ago, but these lady's are the best.

Jo ann Mooney is the best at what she does! She always makes you feel like you are the only client she has; she goes above and beyond her job to make sure you are completely happy with your tax return! Even out of tax season Jo ann is answering questions giving tax advice to her clients! Yall have the cream of the crop with having her work for your company; she should be recognize for all of her hard work and all the love she puts into her job
