Mi Casita llc Authentic Mexican Food

Very clean, well lit, and tasteful interior. Exterior is thoughtfully accented. Staff is very friendly. Menus and signage are bilingual. Restrooms are separate and clean. The food was fantastic. Starting with fresh cut chips and fresh salsa with a good balance of flavors, the main courses followed and rocked. Chimichangas were creative and delicious. Fajitas were colorful and dramatically sizzling of course. Beer is available, and the churros were hot and just the perfect amount of caramel. Very happy to have found and know this is here.

Alejandra and her family have created a masterpiece for Mexican food! If you're in Southern/ central Wisconsin this place is worthy of a detour. A real gem, Darlington, WI is lucky to have you Mi Casita.

We had a fabulous meal at Mi Casita and were so excited to find this little gem while visiting Darlington. The food was deliciously authentic with rich flavors. Portions were perfect and we enjoyed sampling different dishes. Our margaritas were yummy! The personalized service from the owners was great. We enjoyed our experience so much we went back the next day. Thank you!!

Nice lunch...quick service and reasonably priced. Just wish they had regular ice tea vs raspberry sweet.

The whole family loved coming here. The homemade salsa was delicious, as was the street tacos, taco bowl, and fish tacos. The tortillas were homemade and so, so good! I highly recommend coming here.

A wonderful addition to Darlington. We had a carnivore, a vegetarian, and gluten free person in our group and Mi Casita has something delicious for everyone. Love the salsa and our waitress is always very sweet.

Very friendly, helpful staff and the food was excellent and very authentic! My husband loved everything about his carne asada, and my tacos al pastor were fantastic. ¡Todo muy sabroso! Fue una experiencia muy buena, y regresaremos.

We were in Darlington for a family reunion Labor Day weekend. ( I live in St.Louis.) When there, we always stop at the Towne House &
did so again , this time for breakfast. There were 5 of us, all was good and a very nice high school girl was our waitress who did
a good job. It's always a great stop.

Some restaurants claim "authentic" Mexicsn food, but I know better because I lived in So Cal for three years and visited Mexico outside of the tourist traps enough to know what is "real". This was real, authentic Mexican food in Darlington, Wisconsin, of all places. Seriously great, authentic food.

to be honest I thought the food was gonna be extremely Americanized but man is this food great. it's not americanized and they actually serve real chorizo tacos I've been to a boat load of "Mexican restaurants" that don't serve those. I highly recommend eating here if you're craving Mexican food.

the staff is extremely friendly, and they speak both English and Spanish.

Service was wonderful. The best guacamole i have had in years. Love the homemade chips. Bought xtra taco sauce for home . Will be back soon
