The reason why I gave all 5 star is, I have never had great customer service in many years. I order just one chicken classic sandwich, I was told that there was going to be a wait and was ask very pleasantly to pull up. A few mins went by a young man came out to tell me the wrong chicken was drop but they have the right one down and it was going to be just a few more mins, he offered me anything for waiting but i just wanted my chicken, he was so sincere and apologetic, I did not mind what so ever to wait. Within 2 mins another little older man came out and hand me some chicken nuggets, he was also very respectful and nice. Told him I worked all day and had to skip lunch so those nuggets was great. The manager brought my order out and let me tell you, she was so very thoughtful and kind. Thank you Wendy's in Catlettsburg ky for making great tasting food and awesome Customer service. I think the manager was Amanda.

We are from the Cincinnati area but were in Catlettsburg for a funeral. The employees at this Wendy’s were SO kind and friendly. The area was under a boil water advisory and they had obtained canned drinks so they could still serve drinks to their customers. I’ve not experienced this level of customer service at a fast food place in a while. Keep up the great work!

This was probably the friendliest fast food service I’ve ever received. Workers asked us multiple times if everything was up to our expectations. They thanked us for coming in. They were all just super kind.

I went through the drive thru in catlesburg,KY and ordered a $5 bag. The cashier guy was the best. Took my order to a T. He was very polite and quick. It felt like I was only in the whole line from order to pulling away for about 2-3 minutes. This guy's attitude and attentiveness and demeanor goes a long way with me. I don't say that kind of things very often either. Great job guys, I appreciate it.

Rediscovered the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe! It is just the right size for a senior. A single patty, cheese, crisp lettuce, tomatoe, and sauces of choice. With Iced Tea, I had a meal that didn't put me to sleep.

All the others are right!! Stopped here late night on the way back from the Rally Cross race in Southern Ohio. All of our food was fresh and hot!! Fries. Burgers. Even the sweet tea still tasted great!! Nice people as well! Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

The food was fresh hot and tasty

The food was really good. The whole staff was nice and very helpful. Earlier in the day they had no customers so they started a deep clean in the dining area. The floor was wet. So I didn't fall my husband got me to a table. After he ordered and got the drinks he sat down. When our food was ready it was brought to our table for us. An elderly couple came in and after they ordered the same employee got there drinks and everything they needed. Such a great experience.

Best Frosty's In The Tri-State Area

Great to go in and sit down to eat. Haven't been to Wendy's since they've been drive thru only (in Michigan). Good burger, chili, and salad . Employees were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this Wendy's. Thank you.

My husband and I have never had such good service at a Wendy's. A mint was brought to our table! We were asked twice how everything was and if they could get us anything.!! A young man working there refilled a gentleman 's drink!! Wonderful, friendly and must have an excellent manager!! Thanks

Try the new holiday frosty flavor. Any lovers of peppermint wont regret it. 100% better than the shamrock shake at McDonalds.

One of the friendliest fast food restaurants ever. They were very helpful with the menu and they brought our food to the table. Two of our group walk with canes; all are elderly. Wonderful wait staff.

I absolutely love wendys. Affordable and good. Their .99 chicken sandwiches are really good. Their fries are okay. But only if you have a frosty to dip them in. Staff are usually pretty nice.
