McDonald's

We had 5 people in our car, all ordering different things. The girl working the drive-thru was super patient and even made up some meal deals for us. Every single thing was right with our order, even down to the sauces and drinks. Also, the food was all hot and fresh! One of my best experiences at a McDonald's!

Great atmosphere great service

By far, the best McDonald’s I’ve visited. Clean, orderly, very professional and friendly staff. I don’t know what management is doing, but they are doing something right. Food was hot and fresh and fast! Unfortunately, I was passing through and won’t be back for a while, but I’m looking forward to my next visit. Best fries, bar none! Thank you!

My favorite thing to do is park and place a mobile order. I've never waited more than a few minutes and the employees are always nice when they bring the food out. It beats sitting in the drive-thru like forever and getting tongue tied trying to talk at the speaker. I usually come during breakfast and use the app to get the 'buy 1 breakfast sandwich, get 1 free' deal --- always the crispy chicken mcgriddle! I love the caramel frappes & the vanilla iced coffee (pay the little bit extra money to have additional vanilla flavoring added so it'll be tasty).

Very very clean, no nonsense place. Paid very close attention to our special order and we're greatly appreciative.

As far as McDonald's go, everything is as expected. Occasionally an order will be wrong, or something missing but overall I would consider this one of the better McDonald's restaurants I've visited.

Due the pandemic the lobby is closed but they do an exception for me, Im a truck driver and they open the door to take my order. I appreciate that. Thank you!

I honestly never thought I would leave a review of a McDonald’s but here I am, because this was honest to goodness the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees were all kind, the food was hot and freshly made, not overcooked, and the order was made fast. It was clean, both in the dining room, and the restroom. And they were speedy with all of the drive through orders as well! I was completely impressed! Thanks for a great experience!

Lines are slower everywhere but not to bad usually here. All staff are extremely friendly & greet you as a person just not someone handing them cash. They've been trained well in customer service!

Has been my favorite restaurant since moving here. Rarely an issue and drive thru is pretty fast pace, staff is always so nice and friendly. My foods always fresh and service is way better than the other surrounding restaurants.

The place was clean, friendly, quick service and hot food. We spend nearly 5 hours here due to my vehicle breaking down on I-64. They were very courteous, sweet, and understanding with my children on the autism spectrum. I must have apologized 1000 times and they reassured me they understood.

My 2 adult children and 3-year old granddaughter had a blast playing yesterday in the play place! The food was good, but the time together was priceless! It's a good place to go on a cold winter day if you have little ones that need a break from being cooped up in the house.

Went to the drive thru my order was taken and read back for accuracy. The young lady was very polite and plesent to talk to. When I approached the second window my order was waiting on me. Hot fresh and just what I'd ordered. I'd recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

Great place to stop and eat. Food is good and the employees are always very helpful. I have been eating there for over 20+ years.

Best McDonald's by far. I don't stop at the Grayson McDonald's very often, only once a month or so. Every time I visit my order is fresh, hot and well prepared. My family and I always comment on how different their food is from our local restaurants. Their breakfast foods are not greasy. We know that McDonald's is a chain restaurant and all food is the same, but how do they make it less greasy and more appealing? I don't know but I will go out of my way the eat there whenever I have the opportunity.

McDonald's is a great place for fast food great burgers and fries the only thing I don't like when you take this surveys on your receipts they don't let you use one for order you should be able to use as many as you have with a three four or five or six receipts you take time to do the surveys you should be able to use them whenever you want on my last visit the woman that was doing the drive-thru told me I couldn't use my receipts cause they already had specials going on to buy a quarter pounder and get one for a dollar so she told me I couldn't use my buy one get one free receipts I had to get to manager to tell her that I wanted to use my receipts from the surveys and buy one get one free burgers cause it saves a lot of money and it's a great deal the manager said I could use my receipt

Visited here today and met the most amazing person working here. Her name is shaylynn Dickerson and she is the happiest person that works at any restaurant. Just becuz of how amazing this woman was I will be returning more than I have been. She has an amazing personality to boot. This experience was absolutely amazing just becuz of her and the trainee Matthew. Thank u guys for making our visit so memorable. Personality is everything.
