Michelle (pharmacist) and all technicians do their best. I’ve gone in multiple times and they are always friendly and helpful.
I’m also in the pharmacy industry. People do not understand patience. These people are busy. Be patient and more importantly kind to them.

They text when my prescriptions are ready for refill and ready to pick up. The pharmacists are friendly. Also good snacks

Update: This CVS has really improved. There are still issues but I know where things go wrong so I pre-emptively call a pharmacist rather than using the voice prompts for refills.

Prescriptions are rarely ready, even a week after ordering, even after a follow-up phone call. They do not contact doctors when there is an issue, even though they claim to do so. You must call ahead to avoid a wasted trip, but phone wait times of 20 minutes are common, and then you arrive and your prescription isn't ready anyway.

Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere. The CVS in Lenox is much much better.

Loyal customer for years. Lots of turnover on employees. Photos service slow. Rx usually ready when promised. Prices on the high side. All the wasted paper with coupons is frustrating. Lots of free parking. Bums tend to hang out outside from time to time.

On my last visit the was a few problems. One staff member I'm sure there was help but a tech named Kyle seemed to go beyond his duties and did a wonderful a most appreciated job in helping me receive the medication which I really needed. Thank you.
