My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Tyler St location. The sales associate Adam took his time with us when we switched over to cricket and was very knowledgeable and welcoming. We already used the referral bonus when my stepson switched. Great service so far. Exactly the same reception as At &T and our bill is much less.

I dropped in with my phone which had stopped working. When I visited the AT&T retailer they told me I had to buy a new phone which still had 1+ years to go on my contract. I said I would think about this because my phone was over $700. On my way home I stopped at the Cricket store. The on duty technician, Dan Connors, asked me a few questions. He said my LG V20 was a very good phone and shouldn't need to be replaced so soon unless I had dropped it or otherwise abused it. I assured him I had not. He asked permission to open the phone. He pulled the battery and then put it back in. The phone now worked. I told him I would return when my contract expired. He THANKED ME. I took some product pamphlets home and found their data package upgrades are lower priced than the AT&T upgrade. I'm happy.😀

Been using Cricket as service provider for over a year now and I'm happy with how things have been so far. Having this store in town is great because they have been knowledgeable and courteous to all my phone service needs, paying my bill, account issue, looking for accessories for phone or just having someone to speak with regarding Cricket's services that's friendly. And understanding. I'm really glad Pittsfield has this store! :)

As an older person with limited knowledge of the latest technology, especially with phones, the staff took their time explaining the different phones and suggested the best (and not the most Expensive) for my needs.
I had another carrier before Cricket that dropped calls on a regular basis and to my surprise, found that Cricket worked better in NH, MA, and VT where I am on a regular basis. I am most pleased with the store, are always there to help, and the carrier. This senior citizen is very happy

The owner Evan helped me out a lot today as I switched from sprint. I own a good sized local business S&S Janitorial Services. These guys will be my staffs new family provider. Great job!

Excellent customer service. Evan went above and beyond to help me switch from my old carrier that has no service here in Pittsfield to Cricket. It took longer than I expected but it was no fault of his and he even helped keep my 2 year old entertained. Thanks so much

Evan, the owner, took care of me personally, and respected the value of my time. He was able to save me over $120/year compared to my old AT&T plan with all their ridiculous add-on charges. This is a bull$hit-free zone, with no attempt to upsell. I would recommend Cricket to anybody looking to save money on the cell phone plan, and you can't go wrong with the staff at this location. Icing on the cake…the one cent activation fee!

I am a long time Cricket customer. Been in lots of Cricket stores. Never been treated better in any Cricket store. Customer service and knowledge were tops.

The Tyler Street guys in Pittsfield are great. Always friendly, take time to help with issues. Cricket prices and coverage heve been spot on. I regret having been loyal to ATT for over twenty years until they scammed me on a warranty phone. Switch folks. Switch.

It is rare that I will go out of my way to leave customers feedback, and I only do it when a business goes above and beyond to make my experience extraordinary. I have been an I phone user for several years, but certain things were not working for me, from the plans to the actual functions of the phone. I recently discovered Cricket and the options to me where so amazing. I was given many different choices when it comes to phones and the manager of the store was more than an expert, with over 20 years in the mobile phone biz. In the end, I chose the HTC, an amazing phone, with stereophonic speakers, so I can truly enjoy the Deezer experience. The camera is also amazing. I mainly text, call and use my phone to listen to music, and that is why I chose the HTC. I needed some tutorials and they said I can come in anytime and will show me the ins and outs of the phone. I love this customer service. Kudos to Cricket Pittsfield and goodbye to Apple, at least for now!! A great experience all around.Thank you so much Evan, you made me feel like a real person, not just a stat!!

Been there twice recently. Courteous staff, TV to entertain while you wait, but don't get too involved in a program, you won't be waiting long enough to watch the end. Service is tremendous. No wait either visit.

As I have now for the past 5 years being a loyal customer I went in to purchase a new phone and as always just simply put another 5 star experience. They just do everything right!!!

got my phone fixed..yeah cricket has been great for me now for 5 years..4 lines at $100 a month couldn't beat it. the guys here on Tyler in Pittsfield masd are the bomb.
