Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

A realtor I know gave my husband & me a gift basket from Kneaders after the purchase of our new home. Since then, I've been a loyal patron. Love the various breads, salads, sandwiches, soups & pastries! There have been a few hiccups along the way, but every one resolved in a timely manner. Being patient & kind gets positive results. I've never had a bad experience at this location.

They have fantastic food and wonderful staff! A young man named Jay helped me and it was fun to see how he interacted with the rest of the staff. You can tell they all love working with each other. I think that says a lot! He was happy, outgoing, and a hard worker!

I would definitely recommend stopping by this place to get some delicious food and service!! The staff here are very attentive and No mean to pick favorites but…..can I just say that Scott and his wife are the best people ever! Well done on mastering your customer service skills(:

I love this Kneaders! The manager (I'll call her 'R' for privacy but hopefully she'll recognize it and know I'm talking about her) went above and beyond to fix something that had gone wrong. It helped me so much and made a lot of people happy. A few of my guests have texted me and shared how yummy their Kneaders cinnamon bread is and I can't imagine that they won't make their own purchases in the future. It all could have ended badly and I would have never ordered from Kneaders again but the manager saved the day! Thank you!

Very pleased with the service here today. We’re sick in my house so I got some soup through the drive through and since inside was busy there was a little wait but not too bad. Our soups were warm and they threw in an extra pumpkin bread for the wait which was so kind and made our day. Just went above and beyond. Of course the food was delicious and packaged securely for our drive home.

Fantastic customer service from Alissa! She answered all our questions with patience and made some great suggestions. We ended up trying the Mac and cheese and bought a pie for dessert. Both were delicious!

I haven’t been to Kneaders in such a long time and was craving it today. I went in the drive thru and got the famous Turkey Bacon Avocado. Also Alissa who helped me in the drive thru was seriously the sweetest! Even tho it was busy she still complimented me on my nails and made my day! I will definitely be coming back!

I had 4863 reward points. I thought it would load and I could use it until it was gone. It was worth 50$. When I clicked on it, it was to use all on one order. The manager and employee at Saratoga Springs solved it in AMAZING RECORD TIME AND MADE ME FEEL A VALUED CUSTOMER! THANK YOU KNEADERS!!!

Alissa is an amazing worker! She brings in only the best product to share with our spa cuz she cares about quality! She cares about spreading the goodness about kneaders! And we love her for it cuz we look forward to it! So good!

Food is great, one of my comfort food places since I was a kid. Love the Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich and Cream of Broccoli soup. Went through the drive thru on my last visit and they forgot my bread bowl (for you can guess which soup lol), but I didn’t think to check and I started driving away, let me tell you the employee sprinted out of the building toward my car with my bread bowl in hand. Above and beyond service deserves some recognition, didn’t get her name but I will be returning to this location for sure.

ALISSA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! She’s such a sweet girl and always brings us sweet treats to the spa!! She’s such a hard worker and really goes above and beyond!

Love this location and the employees there. I have seen Alissa a few times and she always has a smile and a friendly attitude 😊 makes you feel welcome and at home.

Even though they didn't have a few of the things I wanted, the person helping me really was super nice, and did what they could for me. Always great to feel genuinely helped instead of quickly addressed

Kneaders has great food for a great price! The employees are helpful and courteous, and they have the best dessert! (The chocolate dome is the BEST!) Repeat customer for sure. #lfthx

I love kneaders bakery! This location is super clean and orderly. My food came quick and my sandwich was well made and delicious! Can’t go wrong with the turkey, bacon, avocado.

Jay and Abbey were so helpful and the omelettes were amazing! It’s just the perfect place for a Christmas breakfast.

We were warmly greeted by Shelby, the manager, who served us at our last visit. This time we purchased an oatmeal raisin cookie and it was absolutely delicious and we could taste the quality of ingredients and enjoyed every bite! Kneaders is a favorite and the Saratoga Springs location is exceptional! We will be back! Yum!! John & Robyn
